The message of this video: even if it's something seemingly impossible, if you genuinely put in the work, effort, time and patience for it, you can achieve it.
I tried doing a personal challenge for myself since recently I have a lot of time on my hands. I do 10 pushups and a set of 10 dumbbells curls(30LBs), I do this every 30mins. Doesn’t sound hard and it’s mostly mentally difficult. I start at 10am and stop at 10pm which would be 240 pushups and 24 sets of dumbbell curls through out the whole day. I’m not a very muscular person and overweight so it’s a personal accomplishment to even do this regularly.

I can't believe it's taken you this long to find out about That's Good Money! I've been watching his videos for years! Surprised you being a calsithenics athlete and all of the challenges you have done didn't ever happen to see one of his videos in the past. The challenges that go on in his channel are insane and the physiques are also insane!

There is a park with pull up and dip bars on the way home from work and I try to do something after sitting all day.
Today I decided that it's the weekend and I can afford to be in pain for a few days so I set a goal of 100 reps of anything.
After my first set of barely managing a first set of 10 chin ups, I had no idea how I was going to do it. I thought that I'll just get the numbers with front dips because it's much easier, but harder than side dips. I managed to do about 50 and then eventually got to 80 with sets of 2-4 pull ups. Then I decided that I had had enough. This took over 20 mins.
I have no idea when I'll be able to do this. (At the beginning of the year, I could do 4 pull ups at once)
There is a reason why a lot of the time people get sick during a 30 or a 90 day challenge. They don’t give themselves breaks making your body in a lot of pain and weakening the immune system
We gotta credit the proof I mean he did it first try...that man has insane cardio! He can go without getting tired! Nice job Browney!

Excellent challenge and good job! I'm 60 and did this on my first try last night in 4:49. I know I can trim time off of it moving forward and will incorporate this into a periodic challenge for myself. I'd say that the pull up pyramid I do would prove much more challenging though. Give it a try.
Must do these in order and if you cannot complete the total amount in one try per set....you get to do the set over. Go all the way down, then do the bottom one again and climb back up the pyramid. My PR is 13:13 done 10 March 2023.

I just love seeing Browney struggle man and then by the end of the challenge he just overcomes it. This helps newbies like me understand that the decline in performance is normal. If I continue I eventually overcome it too.
