I love this! I’m absolutely MIND BLOWN that you decided to attempt this without months of prep! I’ve never had a crew with me but I would love to one day beat Goggins original record. My own personal record is 1200 in 4 hours and it was alone and I got scared when my forearm started to cramp. A year ago I tore my pec and anything that resembled a tear scared me. But I think with enough prep I can really push past that number because I had more in me. This video was amazing and with people like Truet Hanes, Doug Martin, Nathan Freihofer, David Goggins, and now both of you I am so inspired to work harder!
Shit I can tell you as a Dutch speaker that was such an emotional moment. That panic really feels like something else and you could feel/hear it in their voice
Hey Browney! I’ve been overweight for a majority of my life, I’m on my weight loss journey now but my main issues are diet, consistency and most importantly motivation. You inspire me so much, and thank you for your extremely hard work!🎉❤

Wishing Arjen a quick recovery! :)

Amazing, hats off. I once did pull-ups for 7 hours straight (I did a bit over 1800). In last hour and a half, I got cramps in biceps, back and stomach (even though I heavily supplied salts, water etc.) I had to lean onto a wall after every set of pullups. In last half an hour I couldn't put my hand off the high bar - It would always cramp and I had to use the other hand to let go off bar For two days afterwards I got cramps in random parts of my body - i.e. waking up because of cramps in my calves or so. For three weeks I couldn't do pullups - whenever I did, my arms fell asleep, the feeling of pins and needles in them. Hopefully you were better prepared and did not have these issues! If you ever do it again, consider doing it 2 pull-ups at the time. 5 is a lot. It is much easier to rest 10-20 seconds and do 2 pulls, than rest a minute and do 5 of them. When I did it, I only did the amount of pull-ups that felt "fast". Once I didn't feel like it will be very easy to do the pull-up, I stopped. Also, what helped me a lot was using different pull-up bar for every set - different bar-width, different surface etc.
Arjen could have very easily just gone home after his injury. Coming to support Stan shows their bond goes far beyond what brotherhood means to most people. Made me tear up to see him return after his injury.
One thing that might have helped is jells, an ultra-cyclist by the name of Mark Beaumont who has biked around the world in 78 days and done Scotland's North Coast of 516 miles in 29 hours, used this to keep his calories up, but with the low amount of energy required to digest could keep going.
