My Mitsubishi Heavy Split AC (SRK 18CEV-4) is running in its 14th season currently. I did not get it serviced in the first 4 seasons :o, but still worked perfectly in the 5th season. Purchased it for around 54k in 2008. My AC mechanic says that it would last another 2-3 years. No complains whatsoever. Just got the gas topped up for the first time in the 14th season. The AC remote has never broken down, no moisture problem in remote. Do make a video on VRV/VRS ACs. Even better if its a comparison of Daikin Vs Mitsubishi Heavy VRV/VRS.
MHI is operating through distributor in India ,no service all false claim by their employees . Mitsubishi Electric employees are very true and will explain each and every thing .Very Good service and expert people . Go with Mitsubishi Electric ..Best in class
I am using mitsubishi electric ac and trust me guys using this airconditioner from rainy season to summers and from summers to again rainy season and from this i havent got a single issue and general servicing is also very easy ..yes it is some how expensive but yes gold is expensive thats what you are paying for.
i have ac's of both brands at my home, both seem long lasting and durable i think ME provides same quality at cheaper price also their service support is better than MHI in india, MHI have one advantage that is jetflow which is great for bigger areas like living rooms for a bedroom i think ME is sufficient
sir now any problem occurs i am confuse in ME 2Ton and Mhi for 2.2 Ton for 300 sq feet area many openings for living area or service related which is good
@@DevAjays for larger area i would suggest heavy industries, but if you want good service then go for ME both are equally good I'm using both brands from many years..just get them installed correctly you don't want any gas leaks in the future,both the machines are durable otherwise

I honestly do not have an idea about electric consumption, but since I am working from home, it’s been run for entire day and the electricity bill for me for entire house is around 4K per month. Caution: the MHI is being managed by AIPL group. Which do not provide great service. I contacted authorised person from the group and he helped me get the AC. But when I asked for the service, they started playing tug of war, who did installation- AIPL or the Dealer. AC is good. Service, I found bad. I got ME AC installed this year. Their service is awesome and they have their own existence in India, unlike MHI. Will share review about the product/ service after some time.
13 may 21, purchased MHI 2.2 Ton. Amazing machine, cools the entire room of 300 sqft within 2 minutes. Completely satisfied 👍. Cons: no display in indoor unit & no backlight in remote control. No copper coil provided in the machine, additional cost of 6k
Incomplete information about MHI AC.. This AC is sold and marketed by another private company. MHI is not involved directly. Moreover its company policy is Retail Seller friendly. Its not customer friendly. The company has granted MONOPLY attitude to its retail seller. You can't not purchase AC from Retailer other than your residential market area.. Price is on very high side.. If you explore other brands with almost same specification you will get it approx 60 percent of its price. Heavy duty is just a gimmic. It is available on selected model. Sardarji your presentation is incomplete about MHI. No service center of MHI. It is the local Retailer only who will arrange all these. I was willing to buy it, but I did not. Please don't go with MHI until MHI offers customer friendly policy.

Will add a few more points and suggestions as told by my friend who's in this HVAC business. Fixed-speed AC: MHI and General are the best, period. Nothing comes close to them in India. Of them MHI is more power efficient. Inverter AC: Mitsubishi Elec. and Daikin are the best here. So which one's better? The one with better warranty. At this moment ME offers 5 years warranty on pcb, which is usually the first point of failure in inverter ACs. So ME wins here.
Daikin does not have quality in their Make in India Lineup... I bought JTKM 1.5 Ton 5 Star AC in Oct 2017. I've changed Indoor BLDC Motor & Remote Sensor in last two years. Motor started making noise due to bearing worn out. Sensor got rusted & died. Its horizontal flap motor is making noise this year since last one month & need replacement BUT now this week the AC compressor is tripping after 5-10 minutes even before set temp is reached. Plastic quality is very flimsy. Its color is dull from milky white & there are spots on its sides... The AC was highest ISEER at the time from Daikin @5.2 So I thought it must be heavy duty to achieve this. The AC was used with V-Guard Voltage stabilizer from Day one (VWR 400) I have three phase connection with no power problems. Parts seems to keep failing every year. Horrible product.
@@HailStonE999 I've 2 Daikin ACs: FTL 1.5 ton non-inverter and JTKJ 1 ton inverter. Both were bought in 2018 and are working flawlessly as I write this. I do agree that the plastics are flimsy, but the AC itself is good. The noise on swing or fan motors happen if they are cleaned with water. Maybe the ill trained service guys pressure washed the motor.

Its just a myth...both ac are same in colling...i m using electric...msjp 24vf model 2ton on the top floor at my home and it is like a hell in summer, but it give me the complete satisfaction...
MHI SC , works excellent at age 4 years and 8 months.. BUT outdoor unit making noise.. neighbors disturbed , complaining about noise from outdoor unit..company checking charges Rs 650.00.. If need compressor change it is free but gas filling charges Rs5000 / 6000......

My outdoor unit is on bottom elevation (9-feet) from my indoor...i don't know what happened to it ...when I purchased it, my electricity bill was very low, but for last 2 yrs after relocation bill increased... I upgrade with 4 tons Ac with MHI AC s from last 2 years and now my electric bill is 13k to 25k Max monthly and getting super cooling performance like 6tons.. O general is bank corrupted company it was saved by dubai sheikh .. I traveled all around the world. Maximum ac I had seen that is MISTUBSHI HEAVY DUTY London, Italy , France ..and many more countries but O General .. only in UAE , india .. Now O General is finish ..

In Mitsubishi split AC NO INITIAL POWER INDICATOR is available i.e when we switch on the power. It shows light/Indicator only when power on from REMOTE. In case of problem How do we know where is the problem in REMOTE or in AC. Please reply.

I am also a user of Mitsubishi Electric 2 Ton. It cools my 1st floor bedroom of 16×17 feet . At 25 to 28 degree it cools very well.

Brother MHI is my uncles company who started it by him own by dealing with mitsubhisi. But if you say that ac is not good its the best in the market

Closely fin is good for heat transfer that's why MHI is best in performance, cost of making closed fin is not cheap.

I have Mitsubishi electric 1.5 ton since 2015 only one service done yesterday total service cost on last 6 years is 1000 rupees. 😜i am 1 lakh % satisfied.....

I am using mitsubishi heavy duty 1.6 ton inverter ac from last 4 year. I haven't even done the free services. Without any touch after purchase it's working superb. Can you tell me if it is necessary to do service even if the ac is working fine? Every year I do basic cleaning by my own.

MHI SC , works excellent at age 4 years and 8 months.. BUT outdoor unit making noise.. neighbors disturbed , complaining about noise from outdoor unit..company checking charges Rs 650.00.. If need compressor change it is free but gas filling charges Rs5000 / 6000......

Bahoot bariya info thi...khoon choos liya hai tech ne, har saal 2-2 baar gas leak kara dete hai...nali ki gas se leak ho gaye and all excuses...Hitachi tha mere pas aur ac cost se jyada gas dalva chuka hu...Friends dont buy Hitachi at all...Spread this and in such scenario apki info very useful hai...keep it up good work!!! Thanks for info... MHI is indeed improved since last few years... They were always heavy quality but lacked features just like General but this year's lineup has improved... Still it needs some more features like real time energy consumption...

My outdoor unit is on bottom elevation (9-feet) from my indoor...i don't know what happened to it ...when I purchased it, my electricity bill was very low, but for last 2 yrs after relocation bill increased...
Sir , any suggestions for back to back gas leakage within 1.5 yrs...

In my jewellery shop I was using 4 General ac total 6 tons ..electric bill 45k to 50k monthly..
I upgrade with 4 tons Ac with MHI AC s from last 2 years and now my electric bill is 13k to 25k Max monthly and getting super cooling performance like 6tons..
O general is bank corrupted company it was saved by dubai sheikh ..
I traveled all around the world. Maximum ac I had seen that is MISTUBSHI HEAVY DUTY
London, Italy , France ..and many more countries but O General .. only in UAE , india .. Now
O General is finish ..
@@milandelavadiya1739- same problem was resolved by doing service 2 times in a year by Urban company. Which costs 500 Rs per visit. I recommend u go for it .

In Mitsubishi split AC NO INITIAL POWER INDICATOR is available i.e when we switch on the power. It shows light/Indicator only when power on from REMOTE.
In case of problem How do we know where is the problem in REMOTE or in AC.
