He's definitely less of a real human being than a SIMS character
Kirk trying to give a decent explanation and then just lars fucking screaming is great
He seemed a little disingenuous to me. Yeah it's up to him to fix himself. Well how is he supposed to do that when they have been riding his ass for over a decade.
Dude in the background who walks in, sees Lars blowing up and says....U TURN!
On this episode of: why is this in my recommended?!
An angry Danish man malds over someone leaving the band!
Stay tuned!
I think poor Kirk Hammett was trying to say something calmly here... Then Lars explodes lol
He's got some serious patience here!
Exactly
Kirk is the voice of reason the entire documentary lol
Who are they accually talking about, jason?
@@dustinkennedy9865 is he? I love his playing but he just comes across as an emotionally stunted arsehole

Lars.exe has stopped working!
Love that in the background, Robert is walking in, seeming to be looking for something/someone, before leaving as quickly as he entered while this rant is happening
It’s a well known fact that Robert joined Metallica the second Lars found out that Jason left
I revisit this video a few times a year since its here and I still got the same laugh. Sometimes louder than before.
0:11 dude walks in, sees Lars screaming and nopes himself out of there 🤣
"Are my keys in here? No? Ok."
🤣🤣🤣
Well, Lars probably signs his paycheck...
I would probably do the same lol
"When did we become the bad guys?"
Jason;
"It all started when recording the Justice album. On the mixing desk, Lars dragged all my levels down to 0".
“Can we switch the bass to minus 8?”
That single act shows that this band outside of Mustaine, Burton and Newstead's contributions both in playing and songwriting - that Metallica did not deserve the be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Destroying the bass on your own album because of your stupid ego. Even the worst production decisions in rock haven't reduced the band to a thin flimsy sound. Lars was never worthy of that success, he just coat tails off others who make greatness.
@@zoso1980 metallica sucked hard enough to become mainstream "heavy rock"🤮
@@zoso1980 I dunno, I rather like the sound on Justice. I wouldn’t want it for every album, but none of their other albums have that same crushing sound. (Ie: the interlude in Blackened, or the machine gun double kick + guitars on One). Those songs wouldn’t be as iconic if they had the mix used on other albums.
Dave mustaine: Yall hear sumthng? (I know the situatons are VERY different but I'd still feel he'd have something valid to say)
Greetings from the day of this legend’s 20th anniversary. Still can’t get over this.
Hazed him. Muted his bass. Treated him like sh$t and wondered why he left the band. Lars isn’t too bright
Guy in the middle comes in: *realises he should not be here* ...ummm yes it seems everything is fine... I'll come back later... *guy out*
0:25 ok this is definitely a scooby doo audition
That's probably the best performance in Lars' whole career.
Lars while screwing in a light bulb..
Lars: How many drummers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
James: I don’t know. I’ll let you know when one shows up

Jason was abused and assaulted routinely during performances. I was a huge fan until I saw them live. I couldn't believe they would beat him on stage and be so disrespectful. I want surprised when he left... I was actually relieved for him.
Which concert?
I would love to know which concert, cause it sounds like you're making shit up lmao
Ok they were dicks to him but they didn’t beat him on stage lol
so this guy is making shit up and when people ask him for a source he refuses to reply? lmao what a fucking clown

He focken left the band!
As a Dane. It's just so fun to say ''HE FOOCKING LEFT THE BAAND'' in an over exaggerated Danish accent. Love it.

Idk, Lars, maybe you became the bad guys when you treated him like shit for years for not being Cliff even though you hand-picked him to play bass?
Just a thought.
“When did we become the bad guy?”
I’m sorry did Jason delete your from tracks from the Justice Album?
Did Jason feed you Wasabi Ice cream?
Did Jason keep you away from your family for every birthday so that he could haze you?
Did Jason forbid you from having any outside projects

He left the band because they treated him like a damn tool and barred him from experimenting musically on his own.
Jason still collects mega royalties...
Jason got sick of their abuse.
That’s good for him, actually. Now he can kick back and make whatever music he wants to without having to worry about being tight for cash.
