    Our grandfathers had normal testosterone of about 1250 at 50 years old but due to Kellogg and Gram creating products to lower testosterone, purposely to suppress aggression in males along with environmental estrogen and especially seed. Oil is extremely toxic in doses over 1 g per day. Americans consume about 30 grams a day of inflammatory omega, six fatty acids , so with the attack on testosterone, this is a great video. Hopefully they’ll address the seed, oil, grain and sugar and the implications that 150 years ago there was no seed oil and there was almost no cancer, diabetes or heart disease. In a future video.

      Plus, she's a "nurse practitioner" whos wearing a white medical coat to make herself look like a doctor with credentials. She also said that HCG can be used for fatloss, despite the fact that HCG isnt a fatloss agent. The bottom line is that you should take what she says with a grain of salt.

    • @charlesg7926
      @charlesg7926 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The benefits of hCG are amazing. But one thing I disagree with the video on, is saying that you should combine HCG with testosterone even if you’re trying to get your wife pregnant. The truth is- HCG should be taken without testosterone, if you want to get your wife pregnant, to maximize the chances of getting her pregnant. Because hCG by itself will greatly improve your sperm count. But if you take it with testosterone, at best your count will remain the same, or it might get worse
      I know people hate to be told no, and everybody wants to have it all, but the reality is that you should have all the kids you want, * before * you start taking testosterone. I’m in my 30s, and I’m only taking hCG and Sermorelin (plus some other hormones to improve tendon and cartilage healing, i think it’s called TB-500 or something like that, plus one other one, to keep my body fresh). I’m not going to actually do testosterone or any other anabolic steroids until I’m like 40 or 45 and I’m completely done having any kids. I’m also not taking IGF-1 or HGH until that age too, just bcuz of the long term side effects.

      Overall, if I had it to do over again, I would just use it say 3x a year. It does elevate my estrogen, so you have to consider that a possibility. But I am 52 and my children are grown, so fertility was never an issue, just didn't want testes shutdown and shriveled up. I'd prefer an M.D. to give advice not an FNP. A nurse practitioner is limited in scope of practice. An md would have gave this validity.

    • @Apex_grind562

      Jay Bird don't get hurt. An M.D. has a ton of education over an FNP or PAC. Let's say your mother is knocked up by her brother again and has a Hills have eyes looking baby similar to you. Would you rather have an RN with an educational year or two of online courses to deliver your ugly brother or a board certified M.D.? Dumb ass

    I thought "oh goodness, he's using a pretty girl to get more clicks on his video" but actually she was very insightful and intelligent about the subject. I've been to doctors that want to put me on TRT but had no clue about HCG. At that point I knew that I had more knowledge about TRT than they did, so I got up and left. Also don't go messing around with testosterone in your 20's or early 30's unless you have symptoms of low T or bloodwork showing low T, because your natural T will be sky high in your 20's for most.

    Do you cycle off of the HCG every weeks? My doctor says no, but I am seeing alot of body builders that say that cycling off of HCG every so often is necessary.
    If you use the HCG, and you have low sperm count... How do you get your sperm count back if you want to have kids?

    • @fireteamomega2343
      @fireteamomega2343 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hcg is just a promoter there are a variety of physical variables that need to function in order to create testosterone and sperm. Also the necessary dietary building blocks such as saturated fat. Other things one can take are hormone precursors such as dhea and pregnalone. And finally balancing your hormones cortisol estrogen to testosterone and dihydrotestosterone.

    im 24 years old and have very low T with all the sides. is it worth me taking hcg with Trt? its a very long process in the UK to get prescribed TRT , its like the docs dont even care, all they say is "your young dont worry about it" i feel like a 50 year old man. any advice anyone?

    • @davidkruse4030
      @davidkruse4030 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You shouldn’t have low test at 24.
      You need to figure out why you have low testosterone in the first place.
      You must have been abusing steroids and or were al drugs to end up with low t.

      Many things can cause testosterone to crash.I had bile issues that caused low testosterone as my body wasn't digesting fats and absorbing vitamins adequately to support hormone levels.

      Who are you asking? This comment section is nuts. Don’t you people have doctors to ask?
      Or at least goto a body building forum
