I have replaced my screen, but the middle of the touch screen is not working anymore. I think it might be the cause of the WACOM board, i might have used to much force when pulling the cables. What part do i need to replace it?

I am using my elite x2 G3 for about 2 years now, from the very beginning, I am getting "Blue Screen of Death" once in every 2 to 7 days. After that Tablet restart and I get the message "No bootable Device Found" and system diagnostic option apears. I've to select the diagnose mode and exit the menu. System restart and boot to Windows normally. I don't exactly understand , what can be issue. I thought It might be the Memory issue but system diagnostic passed the memory test. If the problem is due to nvme drive, I can easily replace it. But in case of memory then I have to live with it. Kindly guide me in this regard. If it is SSD, I'll replace it. Thanks
