    Very helpful, will HP sell me a touchpad replacement for my HP Envy Notebook 17"? The right and left click no longer click or work.

      @@HPSupport As it turned out the touchpad was fine (after getting a new one), the battery was starting to expand and was pressing against the pad keeping the right click from working. Also an easy fix after seeing your video. Thanks.

    I have replaced my battery
    But the battery indicator light is not working and how much time should I let it charge
    And how would I know the battery I changed is working??

      I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the battery of your notebook.
      I will do my best to assist you.
      Let's do a battery test to isolate the issue:
      1) Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the Esc key to enter the Startup Menu.
      2) Now press the F2 key to access HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu.
      3) Go to Component Tests, then click on Battery Test.
      4) Click on run once to initiate the test.

    Hello. My display is getting from the aluminum panel, right bottom corner has already dispatched upto 3-4 cm upwards and leftwards from the the case. How can i open (dispatch from the aluminum cover ) and what can be used to fix? Any glue?

    Hello, thanks for that video. Is the wireless module (Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265) compatible with Wi-Fi 6? I recently switched to that norm and noticed an improvement in speeds, but i'm curious whether replacing my module to a Wi-FI 6 model would make them even faster. Thanks.

      +Marcelo Santoni From Maintenance Guide of the whole Envy 17-bw0xxx series: all machines do not have RTC (or CMOS) batteries.

    What is the maximum RAM capacity for HP ENVY - 17-bw0503na??? In Command Prompt I typed ''wmic memphysical get maxcapacity'' and
    showed max of 32GB RAM capacity. Is that correct??? Thanks

    Lovely. Wish the screws served their purpose and prying would not be a must have on every consumer model. Of course that is the part you cut out of the vid, because it is ridiculously tedious and has the most chance where you can break something. Every damned brand.
