The core game looks good, but I feel like most of the animations, UI, etc feel very 2010 esque, definitely needs to be a bit more modern
The animations definitely need more oomph. The sprinting looks more like strolling fast rather than dashing. Heavy Sword strikes look weak etc...

All i say is this. There hasn't been a successor to S4 league ina long time as the game was way ahead of its time. Dont rush take your time. Do everything you need to do. i'll be waiting.

I think animation need to improve more like running look weird a bit at least for me and it need to feel more hype for music, but anyway look good overall, it been long time we dont get game like this anymore. It just another battle royal. Looking forward for this game! :)

Why there's no males? Are you planning to add them?
BTW game looks amazing. Hope you release it F2P in steam and throw some money for marketing, ads etc.
We are planning to add males, just not right now. Making a male character doubles the amount of work we need to do for every weapon/skill, so we want to delay it after we've finished working on the core game.
We are going for F2P, but we will see what the future brings.
I don't know what is your goal but what I am seeing is just a copy/bootleg of S4 (?) that needs a lot of improvements but I hope you are considering feedbacks and stuff.
Example:
-the apathetic narrators
-the yeeeeah boy (please get rid of it)
-bootleg HUD (I am sorry but its ugly especially the HP/SP bars and the other special bar (?) )
-weak effects & particles / not too much effects & particles
-animations need polishing
-music
-general aesthetic (I dunno if its me but everything look like is made of plastic specially the characters)
-try putting some toon shade on the game (ex: cel shade)
For now the idea itself looks good, you should try expressing some new ideas on the game not just clone something that exist already but hey this is a november video, dunno how's the game now I hope it's better and polished
To be fair, how can this game be a copy or bootleg of S4 if S4 ceased to exist
@@NaOkii Copy: make a similar or identical version of; imitate the style or behavior of. Is not because it ceased to exist that automatically everything that comes in the future like S4 is original, mostly likely inspired. But this one specific is literally a complete copy I don't see anything original here yet.

It's not a remake, it's a game inspired by S4 league.
It's not out yet, it's currently in closed alpha.

I hope you will add a more entertaining narrative voice because it's damn bad at this state. But maybe it's just still on work in progress ?
Yes it's generated currently as a placeholder, we will be replacing it with actual voice actors :)
