You can try out the tutorial, yes. The game is on Itch, you can find the link and instructions on the discord channel. There is no measured requirements yet, but it is running on UE4, so that gives a baseline. 8GB ram, and Geforce GT 730 should be enough to start the game.

I think you should work on character designs again if you want to create something like S4 League. The characters shouldn't be this big. The UI design is not bad, but it's too stylized. I believe it should be simpler. These are my suggestions, thank you, and I hope you achieve your goal.
