I work at a department store now and I cry daily to see the thousand of products that people get everyday that are unconsciously buying for absolutely no reason other than being influenced by someone!
The amount of plastic in each store in so many stores around the world and we are sleeping walking not seeing the damage that we are all doing to ourselves. Specifically woman we are poor because we been sold the idea that we need millions of products to look, smell, and feel wonderful just to slowly kill us and make us poor.

My 93 year old husband and I catch the fish we eat, or get it from family members that catch theirs to share. We eat Venison, elk and meat grown by farmers here in America without chemicals, antibiotics, and only grass fed. Our water is from our well, with no chemicals or fluoride. I'm about to pouch a trout we caught in northern California over the weekend. The problem I have is the EMF's. I've always been careful with cell phone use. I use the speaker phone or plugged in without wireless. I have our TV, and computer hooked by routers. I don't use Bluetooth unless there is no choice in an emergency. I pray for my adult children and grandchildren. I have warned them about cell phone use, do's and don'ts. My husband had a flip phone until it could not be used once our county changed to 4/5g. I take several nutrients and supplements to help counteract the junk around us. I have an outdoor humidifier I fill with 1/2 white vinegar and water which dissipate the chemicals in our sky. The "clouds: are gone within an hour or so which our fruit trees and vegetables love as they receive more "sunshine". Remember when our Sun was Yellow and smaller? Now it's hidden behind a large white glowing blob that sends large rays seen in every camera lens. God bless everyone. I love you all in Christ. Hugs from a happy 69 year old Grammy.

I'm highly sensitive to chemicals and EMFs. My liver was damaged as an unborn baby by my mother who was a hairdresser in the 1960s. She had cirrhosis of the liver and she never drank alcohol. The hairdressing chemicals ruined her health and made me hyper sensitive to my environment. I have been on this exact same journey changing everything in my life to organic and safe as much as possible. My body's 'toxic load' was overwhelmed at around the age of 38 and from then on my whole life changed. Great advice here in this video. There are a few more things to add - don't use microwave ovens they kill your food and emit a lot of EMFs. Use an ethernet cable from wifi router to computer and cover your router in a EMF blocking cage or fabric. Aluminium is not a good choice for anything to do with cooking. Cheaper stainless steel is good for cooking saucepans and also water bottles. I only eat and drink from glass. Try to get rid of the plastic in your life. Be very very careful with home treatment pesticides and fertilisers and house paint. There are lots of ways to 'detox' the body but some chemicals the human body cannot move out and they get stored in places like, brain, bone, cartilage, blood, other organs - almost everywhere. Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is an illness - it can be triggered by trauma like a car accident or it may be an exposure to a chemical or to mold. Mold is a big one for making people sensitive to chemicals - it changes the body's structure. Most regular doctors are not up to speed with this illness caused by modern living. We need to change our world. Thank you Darin and Andre.

I stopped buying toxic cleaning products in the 1980's after seeing reports of Agent Orange. It just made sense to me. I mostly wear 100% cotton. Perfumes are allowed to have two unidentified ingredients that can be anything! Think about that. They call the perfume industry a "self regulating" industry. What industry regulates itself? They pass on the risk to consumers for higher profits. Just because it doesn't feel toxic at the time doesn't mean it isn't.

My question is this. If companies are allowed to sell us harmful stuff at a cheaper price and not tell us the truth, then how do we know that the Organic products we buy are telling the truth? If other companies are unregulated to a degree then why are organic unconventional companies watched so closely and made to prove it? Why are we having to show that something is good for us and pay a higher price for it? Honestly the cheaper conventional stuff is only a few cents less than organic because of the cost of everything just buy organic and pray its authentic.

Sounding the warning bells as to what harm people are doing to themselves & even starting their children in harmful practices from birth is a sad aspect of our lives.
Many people may heed these warnings, most people will resist changes in how their families have lived for many generations. People get very defensive, stating that it's just too hard, too expensive, too whatever, to live in a healthier way. I used to meet with a group once per week. The first time, the leader of the group brought 2 large boxes of frankenfood aka donuts & cookies. The second week, same thing. The third week I went to the group meeting, I brought a small fruit platter, small veggie platter. The people were surprised, partook of some to be polite.
The next week, it was not donuts, it was cookies, donuts & a bag of M&Ms.
I got to know a couple of the people a bit better, I saw their life habits that were making them obese, sick, felt powerless to change.
I started getting creative in the healthy platters I was bringing to the group meeting. The creativity seemed to make the group members more open to the alternative to cookies, candy, donuts. I thought things were going well.
Soon after that, the group leader took me aside, asked me to either stop bringing my "rabbit food" or just leave the group, stop coming to meetings.
I realized that it was time for me to move on.

    Powerful & important.
As I age I find bread & pasta made from wheat flour that has a lot of gluten causes inflammation and illness. Caused me to have swelling in my body especially legs, and mini stroke. That was enough. I had to change my diet. When I was young it did not seem to affect me. Have they added more gluten to the flour? Or something else that seems innocent to the average consumer? We don’t really know what is put in food. Yes they must list ingredients but can hide some ingredients with words. I find the best food is home cooking by a good cook and whole fresh foods. I support this video. Take responsibility for your own health by watching what you eat. I feel so good now by changing my diet. Like I am 20 again. Veggies, fruit, protein, & homemade products made with lentil flour, oat flour or chickpea flour. I don’t miss any of the past food I use to eat. My body is healing. Take care of yourself. Corporations have hybridized the wheat so it can withstand Roundup--which it is sucking up into the wheat and then we digest it. Processed wheat is very addictive because it turns into sugar in our bodies. It is extremely important to try to get wheat that has not been hybridized, like ancient grains, or loaded with pesticides. I love your use of bean and oat flour and will start looking for some recipes for those. I have found that at an older age, my digestive system seems to demand whole grains, like oats, quinoa and rice which are prebiotics.

I ,myself could write a book on things I`ve come across ,like how important it is to READ LABELS, when grocery shopping.I worked with a gal that had such terrible headaches that she was getting injections for the pain. I made a chart of foods containing MSG, and preservatives for her to avoid. Cured her headaches immediately. It took me ten years of my own headaches to figure this out. The reason it was tricky to solve is because the headaches wouldn`t start for about five or six hours after consumption .but would last the whole next day.

January of 2022 I found out I had Stage 4 renal failure. I was stunned! I didn't know what to do, what to eat what not to eat! I jumped on the internet desperate for help! Started reading labels on everything. It was frightening what they put in our food! My sister shared with me an app called Yuka. With your phone you can scan the barcode of products and it tells you what is good or bad for your body, and why. Do you know practically every beauty product is full of petroleum products and other things that are slowly killing us!! My deodorant with aluminum is killing my kidneys and I've used for years! Recently I was having chest pain and could hardly breathe. I came to the city for what I thought would be a simple angiogram. Four days later they did a triple bypass on my heart. I ask myself, how did I get to this point? What happened? It's all the crap they put in our food. Fast food is the worst! Steer clear! I have been on a plant based diet for just over a year and things are better but the damage is done. All I can say my friends is read labels. Stay away from processed foods. Want to mention, English ivy which grows everywhere, like a weed, the leaves when soaked in water and stired, make suds for repĺacing laundry soap. It doesn't last long so pick some leaves, add water, suds it up and after removing leaves, use as laundry soap..

One easy win : wash with ONLY water most days. Soap when you NEED IT. But if you're an office worker then scouring your body everyday with chemicals just strips off your skins natural defenses.

Many surfaces other than your body can be cleaned with just water. You don't always need to spray something on every surface. But I have to say, when I bathe I do prefer a bit of soap.

Everyone knows how to live a healthy lifestyle, but each of us makes a PERSONAL choice. Most people choose signess and suffering, led by their weak mind, lack of self discipline and pure ignorance of nature’s laws. Many people are PROUD of their poor health and how bad their lifestyle is! Weak minded must take full responsibility for what they buy and put in their bodies with their own spoons and for the general laziness. Nobody forces people to make bad decisions, they do it all by themselves! Then blame some third party 😂 Like, WТF…

The fact that household product companies added chemicals to market their products as fire retardant because house fires were increasing due to the marketing of the tobacco industry!! We need to learn how to solve problems by eliminating the root cause of the issue instead of layering new problematic solutions above it! but that would be mean less profit for companies and our capitalist system won’t allow that.

Mrs Richards: " I paid for a room with a view!"
Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) " That is Torquay, Madam."
Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..."
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"

I shop at sprouts. I buy whats on sale with a coupon then add store coupons too. Saves me a ton. Also I talk to the meat counter and find out when they put meats on sale so I can go in and buy them usually about half off.
Learn how to freeze and thaw different foods. I wish I learnt how to can when I was younger we had a garden and my dad hunted and fished so we ate completely differently when I was a kid.

Room fresher spray bottle of water with 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda and a few drops of peppermint oil ,clove oil and neem oil shake before use and it keeps insects away.

It is obvious. Just not to most Westerners, since they are raised ignorant of natural laws. Westerners are raised to CONSUME mindlessly, get into debt through inflated self entitlement, and practice no self discipline. Many are proud of their poor decisions, obesity and illnesses! It’s bizarre to me…
