Does the skull key make you ready for the old man on the beach I wonder. The one saying, you’re not ready yet. Maybe the skull key shows you are now ready. I have no idea, just guessing.
Just letting you know, if you don't want Emily to be your girlfriend anymore, just buy another bouquet and slap it in a furnace, then give it to her. Then you will break up with her. Just letting you know.
