@@SwagManiac lil tip: get an EQ app for your phone and heavily cut the bass frequencies (like cut the lowest bass all the way off, and cut 100/120hz down some too). Helps with subpar buds. You might even have to start cutting the lower mids a bit if they're really cloudy/boomy sounding. (like up to around 400hz). Hope this helps!
what a great review that really finds the perfect balance between providing enough relevant information about the device's characteristics while not going too far into detail. I also appreciate your focus on the sound and non-professional looking setup and your entertaining vlog-ish style (I think that's part of a 'new' wave of doing youtube that's gaining popularity since a few years now, which I really like ) and that you get straight to the point. Like, your intro is about 1 min (while also being entertaining which let's be honest most video (essay) intros aren't) and your video in total 5 min. Most reviews typically do like 3 mins of boring introduction and then 10 mins of talking about all the features and how they compare to other headphones etc. And I think it's good that there are channels that do a more in-depth analysis and comparison for if you are considering to buy headphones A or headphones B (usually to get recommended headphones C which most of the time are super expensive and sometimes even sponsoring the video lolol). But to just get a quick summary, it's often times really exhausting to skip through several videos only to find that they don't talk about the measured sound quality. Like, not that that would prove anything, but apparently only non-tech-youtubers have a Raycon sponsorship, I never once saw a tech oder audio channel recommend or even be sponsored by them. Tbf I don't really follow any, but my general experience is that every person with some kind of expertise who reviews these earbuds says they're garbage regarding the sound. Kinda makes me think that people paid by Raycon saying their earbuds sound "really good" or that they're "half the price of other premium quality earbuds" (yeah right) - not only are they just repeating what they're told (at least regarding the HaLf tHe pRiCe thing) but they also apparently have no idea of good sound quality. They just don't know what they're talking about (although it I wonder how artists can recommend them, like, shouldn't they know better?? kinda makes me wonder how good a musician they actually are or at least question their professional qualities. I myself made the mistake of blindly trusting some influencers' recommendations without really informing myself beforehand. Just goes to show how effective advertising can be. Interesting experience the host here had. I've had a pair of these for about a year and I feel like they might be one of the best sets of earbuds I've ever owned. And I love the sounds they produce.
I tried them while ago and some jbl buds i've had for years that we're noticeably cheaper even at the time we're outperforming them. They aren't terrible just definitely not the "cheapest and best option" or something like that they have been claiming atleast in the early years of raycon. If i would have the money to test it out, i would bet that i can find multiple better and cheaper options.
@@zengineer3369i just bought them, supposedly I have 30 days to return them, supposedly he said you had to “press” buttons but I only have to tap them lightly, idk his reviews was on spot for the most part but eh, some things are better than others, the highs aren’t as bad as he said but they for sure aren’t the best in quality.
Go buy a pair of Sonys or JBLs or Soundcore and you'll see there is a difference. After you use something better you'll see that raycons are trash. Also for the price...they aren't cheap. Like if they went for $50 I think I'd be ok with them but for $80 and $120...you can do so much better in that price range
You must not be able to hear bass properly because they're wayyyy too bassy. They are also just rebranded generic buds, so you're paying double or more what you would for the unbranded version.

Bought mine a few months ago, and there was already issues from day 1. Within the first hour, sound would randomly cut out from either earphone, making me have to cut them off and on each time, then the case itself sometimes won't even recognize that there's an earphone inside of it meaning that it wont charge it.
have teh same problem. after liek a hour or 2 the sound gets cut off in both earbuds until i just put it in its case. these things are a scam. last time i trust youtubers
Thanks dude. So many people only focus on other things than sound quality, presumably to makr a sale, and that's all I care about and you had the answer
I got mine very cheap on Amazon (half price). Amazon's replacement is 30 days. Otherwise, you have to send it in to the manufacturer and be without them until they get them fixed. On the 30th day exactly, my left earbud decided it doesn't want to charge. Everytime I put it in the case, I have to "tap" on it repeatedly (pre directions) until it starts to charge. I've noticed that these earbuds are no longer available on Amazon and the ones they have now for Everyday 2024 have a different case (earbuds go in bottom first instead of laying flat). The Raycon website is the same. Kind of makes me wonder if there wasn't some snafu with the first case and they decided to make the rest of them differently, instead of recalling them. Also, just a small thing, but my case doesn't make that cool sound when I open it. Oh, also-also: this is a bit petty, but I find the lights very confusing. I think that there should be a status light for the earbuds. I could handle it the way it was, if the lights didn't all shut off when the earbuds are fully charged. It does that when they _aren't_ charging, too, so you don't know if there's a problem or not until you put in your earbuds and hear "low battery". I didn't mind the sound as much, all though I don't think awareness mode works very well. The noise cancelling feature is very efficient, at least in my earbuds. When awareness mode is on, I can usually still not hear anything, though.
My wife and daughter each want a pair of these buds. Every review on their page was 4 or 5 stars, even the negative reviews. As I read through the details I saw conflicting information. They claim the battery provides continuous listening for 6 hours in one spot, 8 hours in another or 12 hours. Well, which is it?
Raycons in my opinion are some of the best ever day headphones. They don’t have a point hanging of the end of the them you can adjust them however you want just by holding in the side. And depending on which ones you get they all have their different features. But if you’re looking for an affordable option then just wasting your money on like 2 or 3 pairs of AirPods because you lost them or something then just go with these instead. I’m still first pair and I’ve been dropping these things so often and they still work and look great. PS IM NOT SAYING THAT THERE AREN’T BETTER OPTIONS IM JUST SAYING THAT THESES ARE A GOOD SAVIOR FOR YOUR WALLET OF YOU DONT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND CANT SPEND 100 DOLLARS ON A PAIR OF AIRPODS.

SOUNDPEATS are awesome for the different pricing options. The only thing I would change on Soundpeats is slimming down their lineup. A little too many different models. Other than that, definitely better than raycons…
Everybody just reviews the everyday cheap earbuds.. which I get because it's what they advertise so much. But I want more reviews of the higher end ones. Because I've been using them and I really enjoy them
@occupiedstudios they have the fitness version that are pretty dang good. And the new version the "Impact" version seem like a serious upgrade, I just got them yesterday and I'm pretty satisfied
Are you reviewing the model RBE726??? On AMZ they say they have active noise cancellation??? People say the low/mid/high are good, but you never know if those are fake I guess lol.
So... I can't hear a difence between the everydays and airpods gen 3 so.. I took the gel tip ear things from the raycons and put them "on" the speaker of the airpods... this feals the same with less noise canceling, not by much from what I can tell though, and mind you I've had rose gold everyday racons for 3+ years but less than 4 and only NOW have they become sucky because the battery drains faster than it used to for about 2-3 days now if not 5 (maybe) and that might be my fault cuz I'm clumsy with them and drop them a bit to often then what I'm happy with (like 2-3 times a month I feel) so all in all if its the collor that afects the quality go rose gold and don't drop em! then again I could have gotten lucky lol! EDIT: NEVERMIND The gel tips make the audio a tad muffeld! EDIT 2(electric boogaloo): Ok I hear the diffence now nvm lol
I feel like the new design remedied alot of the sound issues. The old design definitely wasnt good for people who like blowing their ears out. A lot more satisfied with the new design. Same price but theres a nifty little shock absorber case with the string loop that the old design had, costs another 10.
I bought them, then listened to this on my raycon earbuds after I searched up if the earbuds had noise cancellation, it says they do, they just don’t. Anyway, I saw this video shitting on the earbuds I just bought, fair, lol. Though I don’t think the sound is that bad, maybe it’s because I’ve never had good earbuds before idk
I wonder if he just got a faulty pair because I recently bought mine a month ago and I love them. Every song is crystal clear. I don’t notice any ear piercing sounds with certain songs they all sounds very good. I’m genuinely surprised he didn’t like them. I will say this though, the charger case seems way less than a 35hr charge. After one fully day 9hr shift the cons didn’t die BUT after charging with a full battery the case was already down to 50% after one charge. Maybe I got a faulty charger but overall I love them they sound great.
This review was hilarious🤣. I enjoyed this. I've was given maybe the first Gen Raycons about 5 years ago and I lost them or they were stolen who knows, but they weren't that bad. But watching this is definitely making me not want to spend my money on them
Thank you for your feedback on the earbuds because I was one that was going to buy them and after hearing you yeah I'm not buying them I rather go with some Samsung.
It's kinda hilarious that they seemingly have not improved in the audio quality department. I had an older pair from a couple of years ago and I'd describe the audio in the same way as you did with these new ones. Nowadays I use Redmi 4 Buds Active, they cost like $25 and they sound significantly better than the Raycons I had. 😬
I tried the everyday buds to see how they would work out. I got them on sale for $60. I already knew they wouldn’t be better than my air pod pros but for the price they are not bad. The bass is nice but sound clarity is a little off. They connect really easy and they keep a decent charge. I thought why not try the impact raycons and my goodness!! I was amazed!! The sound is great and the bass is amazing!! And you can use the earbud case as a portable charger for your cellphone!! I would definitely recommend the impact ear buds!! They have a 15% of sale I scored them for $137!! Don’t even waste your time with the every day buds go straight for the impact it’s worth the money
I bought myself a pair of everyday earbuds because one of the You Tubers I watched. I have small ears and finding earbuds that fit is a real challenge for me so when the You Tuber showed it fitting in small ears I had to give it a try. These are the worst headphones I have ever had. The first week I got them everything was fine and then not long after they started having issues. The first thing was that one of them wouldn't connect so I tried to get my money back and they told me my claim wasn't valid. Then they started disconnecting randomly and then the sound will come and go. I have to shut them off and then turn them back on and connect them again to get them to work properly. The don't work well with podcast the sound of the music and the sound of the voice is completely off the music is louder than the voice.
God, I wish I had seen more videos like these before purchasing... I guess all the money they spent on sponsorships just didn't allow for quality sound in the budget. I saw videos of nothing but hype!! Sent an email to start my return process in less than an hour after getting them. Went through all of the sound options. Little to no change worth noting. My beats earbuds sound amazing. If it weren't for the connectivity issues I constantly have with them... I'd keep using them. I've tried all the solutions the intertwebs had to offer to fix that issue with no permanent solution. I feel like I watched so many videos about raycon and getting excited just to be so disappointed. Just didn't watch the right videos I guess...
Amazing video I was considering these askets. And alternative to my Galaxy Buds to pro. But good job on the pros. And cons, I will stay away from these and stick with my Galaxy Buds to pro which sound amazing When used with oh my Galaxy devices. Thanks for such a great video. Have a like
any headphones or earbuds that has alot of famous people endorsing it is generally crap in sound quality. good quality gear does not need endorsements, the brand itself sells like bose, sony, sennheisers plus few others. before raycon came into scene with all the endorsement adds, noone ever mentioned this brand.so it cant be good. people get sucked into this marketing hype, seams way too meany for the company to make it worthwhile marketing some budget temu stuff and chuck celebrities on their and quatriple the price to pay the celebrities back and still make a killing.
Why does no one i see review these things ever let us hear the ear quality? They just tell us oh they are bad or they are great, its very annoying, like I'm hear because I possibly want to buy a pair and u aren't allowing me to hear for myself what they sound like, how am I supposed to know just because u are telling me?, u could be lying to me to get me to buy them or not buy them.
@@Ze_Carrot put the earbuds up to the microphone while playing royalty free music obviously. I mean it wouldn't be exact since its going through a microphone but it should give us enough of a sample to be able to decide for ourselves weather we think the audio quality is good enough or not.
Raycon Everyday earbuds...crappy manage to figure out the left earbud no power, only for it to keep telling me (low battery, low battery, low battery!) I read on my cellphone..100% battery life!..CHEAP!!!...don't get this model!...
don't buy em.. how can they be "TOP OF THE LINE" when they disconnect consistently, and just don't function after usage periods, or how about the fact that they say theyre connected-it blatantly shows theyre connected in my bluetooth settings and theybjust dont have and audio. Im not even joking, middle of a gym session i just lose all audio, i spend 10nminutes trying to find out why... come to find out raycon knows about this issue, and just tell you to delete them as a bluetooth enabled device of youre phone and reconnect... just for them to have the same fuckin issue. Ihad a pair for 6 months, and after the consistent issues, I walked my happy ass to Walmart for a pair of skull candy's. No issues, decent sound and they don't touch you're eardrum. Raycon is a joke
the weird thing with their quality is, I own many of their earbuds cause I used to be sponsored by them, and the tuning never seemed to be consistent. For example: my white pairs have all the problems you described, but my black ones don't have the high frequency sharpness. My blue ones sound like the white and red sound closer the the black. Almost seems like the tuning is arbitrary haha. I actually enjoy using my black ones for the gym, so I was thinking maybe it's possible they have some manufacturing issues they need to iron out. idk
That's interesting, I would love to try out a few different pairs. Pretty unfair to the consumer if that's the case haha I hope they figure it out🤷♂️ thanks for watching!
For I’ve had a few pairs before getting AirPods Pro as a gift and from my experience the everyday earbuds seem to be their best product overall even though it’s the cheapest one like their gaming and fitness model are both just terrible and cost more
Interesting, I just got a pair of white ones that actually sound pretty decent. Still kinda muddy but some of that is cleared up with the “pure” audio profile. Definitely not having issues with the highs on mine. But I’ve only tested out one podcast and a movie lol
I appreciate the honest review. I am planning on buying both a budget and a premium pair of earbuds. I was considering these since I always see sponsorships from them, but now I know.
I just bought myself a pair of these, and I can agree with you on this. These aren't worth the $75-$90 price tag at all, I'd pay maybe $40-$55 for these (Which apparently my friend paid that much for 5 years ago... (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻) He likes them and thinks they're great, but I've heard cheaper earphones that sound better as well, if they had an app to control the EQ like googles pixel buds than ok I can get them to sound 100x's better than they do now with the pre done sound profiles then.
Anyone know of a good ear bud for vocals/words specifically? Thank you so much for this review. I need earbuds for work to listen to book readings and these bass-heavy buds are rough to hear it. I had Beats Fit Pro and they were absolutely perfect for my needs. I just can't spend $200 to replace them. Thought maybe Raycons would be a better cheap option but they seem to have the same issues as the cheap 4.99 headphones I'm using until I find a better solution.
These are incredible earbuds and I’m watching this video with them on. I really don’t know why so many people dislike them best earbuds I’ve ever owned.
Ive had 2 pairs of ear pods. Both pairs after 2 years the bettery just dies in about 20 min. I decided to give these a try and i like them. I love the heavy bass mode. They sound fine to me. Ive also owned beats before the apple purchase. Now those were trash lol.
One issue I have with mine is that while using them, randomly the audio will begin to sort of bounce. If I continue to use them despite the bouncing audio it will eventually begin to glitch out and then just stop working completely. I have to turn them off and back on again in order for them to work normally just for it to do the same thing again a short while later
i had the right ear bud quit working in a few hours of use... tried all the troubleshooting but nothing worked. From my point of view, i just fell for advertising in hope of a quality product but i was mislead.
"Awareness mode" is the most useless feature there is. You know what I do when I want to hear the world around me? I take them out! I don't need a tinny over amplified version of noise I won't have to hear once I take them out. I've had 3 sets of these. They've all had problems and I've given up returning them. The ones I have now have pulse volume bursts that eventually turn into rythmic dead spots every few seconds. I've reset them so many times I've lost count. Sometimes I have to do that twice a day. They're garbage. Everyday Ear garbage.

Man they almost got me. I have j labs that i have had for like 2 years and i still love em but im always searching for a new pair for some odd reason.
No noise cancelation?? Weird
You can turn noise isolation off
I wonder if he just got a faulty pair because I recently bought mine a month ago and I love them.
LOL Leon Lush be like its the best thing ever.
This review was hilarious🤣. I enjoyed this. I've was given maybe the first Gen Raycons about 5 years ago and I lost them or they were stolen who knows, but they weren't that bad. But watching this is definitely making me not want to spend my money on them
Lol thanks for watching! Who knows maybe you'd like them again🤷♂️
@@occupiedstudios I already ordered the Soundpeats.
Which one you recommended looking one for my wife
The fact that they are sponsored by everyone is the reason I don't trust the quality. 😂
Thank you for your feedback on the earbuds because I was one that was going to buy them and after hearing you yeah I'm not buying them I rather go with some Samsung.
I got mine today and after like an hour watching videos the audio started to cut out or make weird jumps. It's really annoying...
Same but it only happens to me when I have both buds in
It's kinda hilarious that they seemingly have not improved in the audio quality department. I had an older pair from a couple of years ago and I'd describe the audio in the same way as you did with these new ones. Nowadays I use Redmi 4 Buds Active, they cost like $25 and they sound significantly better than the Raycons I had. 😬
I'll have to check out the Redmi's!
Did you try changing the sound mode?
yes i mention it at 4:22
I tried the everyday buds to see how they would work out.
I started to notice that I don’t SEE any Raycon ads. Haha I didn’t see any connection.
Until I took a seat and put my feet up! 😁 Haha I have headphones from Raycon. From maybe five years ago?! 😅
Have a like
Thanks almost bought a pair
damn this really changed my mind on buying Raycons, i dont know what earbuds to buy anymore 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I have these. I paid $55 for em on some promo, they are dogwater. Would rather pony up the extra 150 bucks for bose
Mucho gracias
I just hot the black one. Not happy still hear the music from the gym.😢
any headphones or earbuds that has alot of famous people endorsing it is generally crap in sound quality. good quality gear does not need endorsements, the brand itself sells like bose, sony, sennheisers plus few others. before raycon came into scene with all the endorsement adds, noone ever mentioned this brand.so it cant be good. people get sucked into this marketing hype, seams way too meany for the company to make it worthwhile marketing some budget temu stuff and chuck celebrities on their and quatriple the price to pay the celebrities back and still make a killing.
I think the Raycon Everyday earbuds are decent.
Do they stay in your ear?
Music at 1:05?
wish I could tell you, its a random song I downloaded from Epidemic Sound back when editing this
Found it!
It’s called: Jazz Intimate 6 by Magnus Ringblom
See im getting very conflicting opinions from allot of people, both sponsored and non sponsored so idk what to think about them.
Thank you 😅
They also will not connect to bluetooth after about 3 months.
good to know..
Lmaoooo I was really thinking about copping these😂
Thanks for saving me some money
Thank you! Finally a true review of these overrated-celebrity turds of a earbud.
Soundssss like a nice product tosssdd
wowowowow
The earbuds are bad but the headphones are better aren’t they?
Not me listening to this with my new raycon earbuds on 😂 seriously though these earbuds are so uncomfortable...
How should they do that
@@Ze_Carrot put the earbuds up to the microphone while playing royalty free music obviously.
I mean it wouldn't be exact since its going through a microphone but it should give us enough of a sample to be able to decide for ourselves weather we think the audio quality is good enough or not.
0:38 i don't think any company wants to associate with that dude anymore...
no diddy
raycons are fundamentally defective on an engineering level. the only thing more defective than the product is the customer support
I have NO bass in my Raycons. But I do have to over done highs. Instant headache.
These are worthless. Never again.
Found my Beats by Dre I lost 6 months ago Raycon in the trash
Not anything close sound quality
I really have to stop watching reviews after buying the product 😟 uh oh
Brought a pair because of some TH-camrs I like promoting them and yeah....scam. fkin shit
You just shouldn't listen to podcasts about business, apparently 🤔
I'll stick with jlabs
Raycon Everyday earbuds...crappy manage to figure out the left earbud no power, only for it to keep telling me (low battery, low battery, low battery!) I read on my cellphone..100% battery life!..CHEAP!!!...don't get this model!...
Yes , I'm listening to music now, and suddenly low battery, I didn’t understand why I had 60%
They cost way too much to be made in china
Bruh do you have Spotify premium 😂 don’t tell me you be using these without premium
I got premium
@@occupiedstudios dude do some eq settings broo oh and take out the mesh screen inside the ear hole on the earbuds
don't buy em.. how can they be "TOP OF THE LINE" when they disconnect consistently, and just don't function after usage periods, or how about the fact that they say theyre connected-it blatantly shows theyre connected in my bluetooth settings and theybjust dont have and audio.
I've just grown to not buy anything that is advertised by any youtuber...
Thank you for the review. I will not buy them now
i bought chinese earbuds from ebay and its still better😭😭😭
ray-CON
i KNEW after seeing them sponsor everyone and their mom that these were absolute crap
They are only good for if you lose your original earbuds and waiting for your real earbuds from Amazon 😂😂
this is some really nice content, straight to the point gave very good reasons on both bad and good love it man, have a sub.
I appreciate that!
the weird thing with their quality is, I own many of their earbuds cause I used to be sponsored by them, and the tuning never seemed to be consistent.
Definitely get jbls
I just bought myself a pair of these, and I can agree with you on this. These aren't worth the $75-$90 price tag at all, I'd pay maybe $40-$55 for these (Which apparently my friend paid that much for 5 years ago... (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻) He likes them and thinks they're great, but I've heard cheaper earphones that sound better as well, if they had an app to control the EQ like googles pixel buds than ok I can get them to sound 100x's better than they do now with the pre done sound profiles then.
I just saved $80
I paid $56, $60 after shipping and handling.
Love the editing and breakdown of the earbuds.
Thanks for watching!
Ive had 2 pairs of ear pods. Both pairs after 2 years the bettery just dies in about 20 min. I decided to give these a try and i like them. I love the heavy bass mode. They sound fine to me. Ive also owned beats before the apple purchase. Now those were trash lol.
The sound quality is a lot better than other earbuds I’ve tried. It’s not that bad honestly
You just tried bad ones then... Beats, I'm guessing? They fall in same category of over-branding shit quality
My dog ate my air pod pros so I borrowed my daughter's Raycons to listen to audiobook 1984. Uuh... MY FREAK'N EARS!😬😬😬
Interesting I love the raycons for the base, I do wish they had active noise cancellation. I don’t have any issue with the highs
Bro even edited his comment and still spelled bass wrong.
@@jackripper6033 hey hope you noticed that this was 5 months ago ^^
@@zippGG irrelevant. Still spelled wrong.
@@jackripper6033 but could you understand me?
For FREE they are 100% worth it :)
