Well, actually, some of the attacks don't look harder. Hey, I haven't played Undertale or any Undertale fan games, but I watched enough to notice how some attacks have the same motive as the original. Say, the smash-into-the-wall attacks; Although you seemingly have less space to jump, it guides you to the perfect spot to jump. If you didn't, you would get smashed into the next wall too fast and suffer a hit.

I tried to play this and I couldn't make it past his first attack. Let alone the rest of the fight.
And when I tested the single Final Attack move I kept dying on the first sideways bit with the waving bones because my hp was lowered too much by the slamming. I don't have nearly fast enough reflexes to dodge those bone slams and not to mention when I press my jump key there's a slight delay in between me pressing and my soul jumping. I just wanted to see if I could survive the blasters at the end. Guess not -_-

I had an idea for the hard mode sans fight that might be even better. You see, the thing is, the entire fight LOOKS exactly the same, but you only change mechanics. Things like:
-You can't jump up through the floating platforms
-(A bunch of other similar adjustments, I can't remember :p)
But I do remember:
-No more purple health bar
-The wall slamming attack at the end of his 'special attack' CAN kill you, so you need to survive the last attack with a decent chunk of health

Some people mistakenly say that Undertale is like Touhou. Undertale is not nearly as hard as Touhou, but perhaps this fight well could be something similar in difficulty to a Touhou final boss.
Just that, it has more Undertale-style. The fight is of course, hard. Probably actually even harder in technicality then some Touhou final bosses. On the other hand, like Undertale tends to be, you're actually allowed to get hit sometimes and it's not the end of the world. And it is more subject to being memorized then Touhou is. But yeah, other than those.
