Hello Kris! Ma'am! When I had the regular tangle teaser I was about to be bald lol. I ran that thing through my hair and said "Oh no, not I". Then I hopped on Amazon and found the thick and curly one.
Beef tallow on wet hair makes tangles almost nonexistent even when it's dry. Sebum is almost as effective but does a better job of staying in after a rinse in plain warm water.
I was wondering if your hair actually dried? Came out really nice. Looking forward to the banding. Don't see how you can do it yourself with all that hair. Thanks for the video.

Hey Connie! After the video I installed semi-jumbo twists. I re-moisturized and redid the twists 2x each week. I don’t typically wear my hair out. Today is Monday and I will wash my hair tomorrow.

If you try African banding, you can use yarn instead of thread for hair health. Different colored yarn would be easier to see.

5 to 8 cornrows is good for a braidout bc it covers the roots.
True, but cornrowing takes a LOOONG time on long curly hair
