    Fix TIGHT Hamstrings - 1 Stretch (Best Hamstring Stretch Ever)
    Tight hamstrings can lead to unwanted pains and injuries.
    Today I take you through a quick Hamstring test and share with you "the best hamstring stretch ever". I've been using this stretch the past few months for my hamstring and have seen great results.

    Thank you for this stretch. I'm 76 and I want to be able to sit comfortably on the floor and play with my grandkids. Right now that's impossible. I tried your stretch and could barely get my leg to 45 degrees. I'll include this in my nightly stretching and report back to you in a few weeks.

      I'm with the grandkids now. I've only been doing this now at night for about two weeks. definite progress when trying to touch my toes, but I'm gonna give it as long as it takes.

    Thank you so much for this video! I’m a average 12 year old girl, and I was in long jump and playing volleyball at school and club. Since I had very tight hamstrings and it’s cold in Fort Wayne during track season, I got a stress fracture in my lower back. I’m still recovering from some bruising but I’m trying to loosen my hamstrings as much as possible for track this year to not experience another injury. Everyone who is reading PLEASE STRETCH! I don’t want you to suffer like I did! 💗💗

    Awesome, my back is so tight impacts my golf swing. I was told loosening HAMIE will help. I have not touched my toes since 1973.. Hope to get there.. THX.... BTW,, I'm 74

I have had tight hamstrings for years now and only recently have been trying to spend more time doing beneficial stretches before my workouts.     I’m trying to loosen my hamstring so I can be able to make the cheer team this year .tryouts are in April i need to be able to do a leg hold when I go into the air . And with tight hamstrings it’s very difficult to do that.Fingers crossed wish me luck. I’ll keep you guys updated !!

    This actually works, I wasn't sure if it did but i had really sore hamstrings after an intense workout and this completely fixed the soreness immediately. I'll definitely be doing this every morning from now on.

    I can normally touch my toes/floor pretty easily but after leg day this week my hammies felt so tight. Did this one time and already feeling better. Going to incorporate it in my stretch routine

    Unfortunately the download for the 5 minute morning session doesn't seem to work anymore :( But as far as the hamstring stretch is concerned, my physiotherapist actually advised me to do this exact stretch and it's been such a big help for me! Thanks for sharing!

    Thanks guys! This is one of my weak areas. Do you have advice on strengthening knees? My knees have been cracking and popping since i was a kid. I've been barefoot running for 5yrs now, but my left knee often feels like i twisted it. Keep making videos!

    wow this is really cool. I have some disc bulges so i avoid bending and my hamstrings are really tight. I tried this for the first time, and wow, it really works. I will try it every day for a week.

    Maan you're a hero I have a lower back pain (cca 2 years of chronic pain, getting worse and worse). I tried many things and trust me, I cannot go a HALFWAY DOWN like you just showed us :O so thanx again, thumb up and I'm gonna stretch these right now (1:45 am EU time)

    ive always had extremely tight hamstrings and never really done anything about it cause I am flexible in other ways - I find stretching my leg backwards toward my bum easy etc but always found it difficult to reach my toes etc. I am a pole dancer and trying to improve fitness for different moves so going to give this a shot every day! also aiming for my splits as a goal 😂 will update if it gets better! thank u for the advice!!

    Agreed this is crucial especially if your older like 40's to avoid major back injuries. A lot (majority) of lower back pain is cause by tight hammies
