@@madeofcastiron Anything with Video Blogging RFP and Minecraft is DSMP. That’s just rule at this point. (Also, what other fandom would write about a Taco Bell AU…? - I personally don’t read/watch anything DSMP related, but I see a lot of it, given I regularly read HC related works.)

personally my favourite I've ever seen is "alternate universe: Bakugou Katsuki is held accountable for his actions" cant remember what fic it was on, but i laughed for a good while at that

It’s actually a few! It’s fun when that one comes up since the next tag is usually “Midoriya Izuku gets a hug” or “Bakugou Katsuki redemption arc” with a few “Midoriya Izuku gets revenge” tags thrown in

My protagonists gets shot, burned alive, drowned and buried under a collapsing building (and does not survive those btw) but dang I missed out on the stabby option. I'm pretty sure I've never written anyone getting stabbed except when the protagonist starts stabbing people

Not an AU but my favorite weird tag I saw on another fic, which I later ended up using was "I wish I could also hug my lynx grandma". It's only on 2 fics for a super obscure game called Spiritfarer.

Now I just have to figure out the timeline for this. Based on some Reddit post (which itself was based on observations made from the show) and the timeline page on the Miraculous Ladybug Wiki states Marinette was born in 2001, though it doesn't specify the birthday. The minimum age requirement for participating in the Eurovision Song Contest is 16, so this means that it can't take place earlier than 2017. So late 2010s is the most likely timing. Of course, it being an AU, the characters probably wouldn't have canon consistent ages anyway.
Except... It has to be 2017 if we assume the heart in the ESC logo is meant to represent the host country (assuming all ESC history prior to the year in the AU is identical to the real world).
But also, it's a teen Harry in the picture when he should be 36 (turning 37 in 2 months). In fact, it's the exact same year when the epilogue (19 years later) takes place! So a picture of epilogue Harry would have been more fitting.
