Very useful information and this looks a lot like what I’m seeing too. I may finally be getting decent at this! I have really learned a lot from your past videos covering the Garmin products with on the water tutorials. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into this.I agree with you about the simulator mode vs on the water and it can be discouraging when you can’t seem to get the same quality image. I’ve been learning on the same Garmin units over the last couple of years and have struggled to get as clear of picture as what I often see with online videos. I’ve put a lot of effort in on the water to learn the various settings on brightness, frequency, range, etc.. and as many have said, there’s really no substitute for learning to make adjustments for different water conditions. Make time during your outings just for practice with your electronics and don’t be too discouraged if it takes you awhile. Come back and rewatch Sam’s videos afterwards. Keep at it and remember, Pixel counts vary from model to model, so despite your best efforts, you just may not be able to get quite as clear a picture as some you see on other units.
I talked to you the other day on the river. I went to a small lake in Butner the next 2 fishing days and the fishing was on fire Crappie bite was fast and furious
These are my favorite kind of videos. Thanks for posting.
