This looks like an easier way than using binding, I can never get binding to look really tidy, I will give this a try

Nice project! Are you using quilting cotton and, if so, what interfacing was used?
hi. thank you. sorry I forgot to say in the video I’m using quilting cotton and a light none woven fusible interfacing on the main fabric and nothing on the lining fabric. thanks for watching ✂️🧵🪡
Does the tape gum up your needle?
some tapes do quite a lot but this cheap Amazon one has been ok so far ✂️🧵🪡

some do quite a lot. but this cheap brand isn’t as bad.
