Except N.J., which has the strictest gun laws in the USA. N.J.S. 2C:39-3 says that BB Gun Pistols: Pellet or BB gun pistols are considered firearms in New Jersey. Therefore in order to purchase one, not only must an individual have a Firearms Identification Card, but they must also have Pistol Purchaser Permit. - Only in N.J. !!
I have one of those and it is probably the highest built quality of any pistol I own. I just wish they had done a better job with the clip co2 piercing mechanism.
@@shravan97 They're an 'F' classification meaning 495 f/s or less. This particular one is around 360 f/s. The way they come up with this determination is by testing them on pig carcasses. It takes more than 495 f/s to penetrate an eyeball but still can cause injury if not death in extremely rare cases.
I have one of these. Really good. Accurate. Great fun. I did have to file down the piece of metal in the magazine that pushes the bbs up as it was making the trigger a bit rough. I have several pistols and this one is my favourite.
The fact that this costs around 6000 rupees in U.S. and 48000 rupees in India is insane. In U.S. you could buy a real beretta for that price AND still U.S. has less overall crime BECAUSE of easy access to gun and deterrence due to them.

And you are currently thinking about CO2 BB guns as suitable alternatives to a real firearm. READ IN SHORT: These things are some REAL GREAT and SAFE plinking fun. It's also a wonderful training prop prior getting into the world of shooting sports, either professionally or taking it up as a hobby. Target shooting is an effective therapy to build focus and grit done safely. Since it delivers around 85% to 90% of the real feel in its mass and make and maybe 10% to 15% of the actual recoil, you eventually get into a hang for the real thing and not feel awkward on the first day at the shooting range. Its looks might intimidate an opponent for a while; especially when lights are low; or, till you squeeze the trigger to deliver an insignificant blow. The BBs won't pass through denim, canvas or leather. That aside, using a weapon at times of crisis is a skill that you learn. It takes years and creates more room for betterment. It's the heart that kills, so a weapon should be harnessed to the killing instinct. That’s how soldiers are made. Make sure you go to bed every night with it and carry it around (unloaded, of course) whenever you are within your residence. Memorise the following.
