Another nice tutorial that, for not quite obvious reasons, doesn't work with Solidworks 2014. I encountered the following issues that required workarounds:
1) The lofted-cuts starting from 11:00 makes holes through the part.
2) The triangular faces can't be delete-patched at 12:08.
But where there is a will there is a way :-)
