I really love how much things have developed for this pair of siblings. We knew Astel to be the shyest guy when he's not with the other holostars members, then like it was just meant to be, Ollie came into his life and we see him coming out of his shell with her always supporting him. We've always seen Astel trying his best and putting his all, sometimes worried and frustrated for him when it seems hard, so it's just so relieving and we're so happy to see someone cheering for him so openly at a closer distance in our stead. Heck, since the recent IDStars mariokart collab, he's everyone's aniki now. We see how many people are finally looking at him for his efforts and hard work despite his own setbacks. He's an amazing guy. In my opinion, it's not just about him seeming as if he's good at everything, but we see how much he's done for himself and for us and everyone he cares about. His showmanship attracts the attention, but the energy and dedication makes everyone stay around to support him. Sorry for the long comment but the bond between these two always gets me emotional.

I watched Astel's bday stream at like 6 am my time and this song legit made me cry ; ; OLLIEEEEE THIS IS SO SWEET!!! In a stream she did after this someone(her manager i think? i don't remember) ratted us out to Ollie and told her a lot of Astellas cried listening to the song, and she was really confused as to why we cried (she could understand Astel tearing up, but she didn't get why his fans would) so we had to explain that we were thankful to her for putting all our thoughts about Astel into song form.
Seeing this live, I cried. It was so sweet, a lot of love went into it. It's amazing how much they've impacted each other's lives in such a short time. I don't think I have to worry about those two anymore, they've got each other's backs. This plus Hey Kids, we've been spoiled lately

So wholesome here aaaaaaaa Astel dropped his cover of Mela! on his birthday and there's so much love and appreciation for the fans there! His channel membership helped with the chorus and so much fan art was featured in the cover, too!
This is the song that plays from Ollie's perspective during the big finale of the show when an enemy alien race from Astel's conquest days attacks Earth on Astel's birthday - and Ollie and him have to fight their way towards a small spaceship so Astel can fly off into space to take out the threat, "but will aniki come back now that he finally has a functioning ship again?"
