Thanks for my old friend Mr. Waseem Bhadruddin. He gifted to me this watch from USA. Very good watch.
One of my favorite Pateks. Love the dial and bracelet.

very nice piece. Love the looks.
I have this watch, it was my first PP I purchased back in 2008 at Tiffany's. I still have it, it is the only Patek I didn't sell, the only reason I didn't sell the watch is because it was my first Patek. Somebody recently offered me 135,000 EUR for my 5980/1A Tiffany dial, I didn't sell it. For 160,000 EUR I would sell it.
it's worth more today. i hope you still have it.
If the pins and sleeves don't back out as easily as the screws (though screws almost never back out) why does everyone prefer screws?
Great question and I've always wondered myself. I'd guess screws are prefered so it's easier for the user to remove/install links themselves though I'll admit pin/sleeves are easy to remove too if you have a hammer and block kit.
I wish you would go more in detail in explaining the sub-dial and the chronograph.
Will you review 5711...? It’s my grail watch...!
Not feeling it, but that is why there is such a variety. Mosso could sell moldy bread. 😂
That movement architecture is not aesthetically pleasing...
DLH I have to agree there, this is one of the ugliest chronographs I’ve seen.
David Datura I had a 5960A, bought it at a big discount but the movement and the dial I never grew to love so flipped it after 6 months. Luckily only lost £500.
The Nautilus is really quite an ugly watch. And pins replacing screws, cost cutting. Seriously! I really don’t like Patek. Prefer Jaeger Le Coultre.
😍😍😍
Looks like Patek Jean Richard
Grail watch.
