I love all the iron work, the beds are awesome...and the way that Silver Dresser just jumps out into that room...I like that, that is inspiring!
For a “new build” it’s just lovely. The kitchen is perfectly put together. The flow of the house is quite nice. Decor-wise, I ~love~ the ostrich pics & the 4poster bed on the main floor. Beautiful!

A fabulous house and surrounds. I envy those with the funds to purchase this home. The house is complete and the land just asks to be developed into more olive groves and a lovely garden. The pool surrounds and pool house are ripe for improvements also. A wonderful business proposition whether you want to rent or run a Bed and Breakfast. What a fabulous rebuild! The exterior is truly faithful to the surroundings. Though the interior is modern, it's not stark like some other properties you have shown. The design is warm and comfortable. I like the flooring throughout, especially on the ground floor. Nick, thanks for sharing this. Buon Anno!

I love this one, Nick! First, the location. Second? The features and accoutrements are so carefully thought through. Especially in the kitchen, laundry, dining and access to outdoor dining The upstairs lavatories with the pocket doors? Excellent space expanding options. Much less maintenance on the walk in shower of the master. Love it. Fabulous bare bones. Great canvas for almost any decor. Proportions and use of furnishings and space is just wonderful. In my daily life, the special nook would be a writing room. This one is a gem! Thank you for the tour.

A beautiful ground up remodel with NO central air with sweltering Umbrian summers..? Maybe they realized their mistake, that's why they're selling?

I’ve seen nicer properties in Umbria around this price range. It’s the 9 hectares which ups the price. You can find really nice properties with 1 hectare for under 2 million. Depends if you want to be bothered with olive trees or not.

It’s a stunning property with so much land around. The price means I’d have to buy more lottery tickets to acquire this one!
