To make the most out of your cabin experience, you'll have to be creative and utilize some hacks to fully optimize your stateroom, especially when it comes to the tiny bathroom.
Though frequent cruisers are aware of the benefits of surge-free power strips and magnetic hooks, you shouldn't bypass hacks to improve your cabin's bathroom.

I use laundry detergent sheets, cut into pieces to use for small load of hand laundry. They work well and do not count as liquids.

With Norovirus a real possibility on cruise ships, you want to keep your hands clean. Something that we always do is we go to Bath and Body before we cruise and we grab ourselves a hand pump soap and we bring that along to have have on our sink in our bathroom.

You cannot use the provided bar of soap?

You can, it just gets sloppy being there on the sink and I just prefer to have it nice and easy to pump the soap and wash my hands all simply instead of picking up a sloppy, messy bar as soap that is sticky and gewy. It is just my personal preference. And clearly Disney's has caught on that, that's a better way to go if they're providing hand soap in the bathroom as well.

We just did our first family cruise and the 3 ladies shared a room. From now on, we will definitely bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, lotion, tooth paste, anything sharable in one bottle to share. 3 of everything did not fit!

Norwegian provides in shower body wash and 2in1shampoo-conditioner as well liquid hand soap. You will not find body lotion. Most of major cruiselines do not provide body lotion at all.
Btw be prepared, you will not get body lotion in convenience shop or/and duty free cosmetics on ships of major cruiselines. You can get body lotion for purchase at ships' spa, but be aware of incredible high prices.
Tip: If size of shower is too small, use shower at fitness center of ship. With most cruiselines showers there are of comfortable size and they are sanitized several times a day.

I am a plus size person myself.
And still - on none of our 65+ cruises was there a shower where I could not use it absolutely fine.

Disney Cruise Line provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap, bar hand soap, and body lotion.
You can not bring a hanging toiletry bag.
You can not bring a inflatable tub, but most cabins have tubs except for accessible cabins.
Its actually fairly inexpensive to do your own laundry too, $3 to wash, $3 to dry, they sell powdered Tide and Snuggle dryer sheets if you don't have your own.
It seems other lines sound like a bummer of a downgrade. 😢

Why do you say you can’t bring a hanging toiletries bag? I always have.

I would expect all those things from Disney since their prices are 3 times higher than other lines.

We do a hanging toiletries bag. It's got a hook on the top and it goes on the hook that's on the back of the bathroom door. You can't do an over the door hanger. That maybe what they're talking about.
