OHHH Misty you have a pink bear like mine... I got it in 1958 for my 3rd birthday and his name was "Cry Baby" and I still have him! I've never seen another one! So very surprised & happy to see someone else has one!! He's displayed in my office.. might have to grab a Santa hat & put on him!!!

Your Santa hat for the Cupie reminded me that I was looking for small Santa hats for two 1950's Baby Santas and couldn't find them in any stores until I thought of the pet store! I found some small ones there. They also have them on Amazon in the pet section.

Misty, you have made my spirit so happy tonight. I can;t decorate for Christmas this year. Not only is there very little space but my pinched nerve just is not going to let it happen. You have everywhere decorated how I want to decorate my home. But with Snowmen and women. You have given me great ideas for the future. I am jealous of just one thing. I noticed two of your trees have one elongates narrow ornament on each. I have been looking for that shaped ornament for years! I have a few in dark blue, pink, and orange.

This is all wonderful! You have the knowledge, the eye and the touch! And that Coca-Cola cooler!! It was a staple of my childhood! If we went anyplace, it was in the back of the car filled with Cokes, Brewskis, and sandwiches. I like the new stuff mixed with the vintage stuff. I love all the Santas and angels! It brings me joy. I vote for all year long if it makes you happy!
I am playing with downward angles to with a contraption for filming. I take masking tape and a ruler and I find the edges of the image it is capturing and I use the tape just out of frame to mark for myself. I basically have a box then masked out on the table I can see. It is helping me with crafting videos and ephemera sharing videos.

I was already emotional today so your sentimental video had me all teared up. When me and my sisters were young, we'd tie a string to those Rhondas and we'd swing and bop them from our stair landing.. I haven't seen those things since I was maybe 9 yrs old. Then I saw your video not long ago where you spotted one while shopping. So fun.

One year we had two kittens in the house so I made a cardboard box tree. It had holes for them and was all duct taped together. Spray painted it green out in the yard. That was our tree and we all took markers and drew ornaments on "tree". Kids loved it. Cats loved it. We had it in the spare bedroom as a cat house for two years.

LOVED this video. So much fun and interesting! I'm only selling on Market Place so far...usually pick ups or drop off but had my first country buyer and am posting her things and I'm the same as you! I want to fancy up the parcel. I live in Australia & our Op shops (thrift stores) just don't have the fabulous stuff as American ones do. Christmas offerings are dismal - usually 1 tiny table or less. But I love the 'hunt' anyway. Looking forward to more of these videos too.
