    Just unbelievable! You have 100% recovery of gold from old electronics. I saw that you don't use stannous chloride, now I understand why. Magnificent gold from the waste bucket.🤩 You surprised me! Like from me! 👍👍I'm already waiting for a new video!

      Thanks a lot for the nice positive comment and for the like support. To be honest, I surprised myself too. Yes, I don't use stannous chloride because I dump all solutions into the waste bucket anyway. Thanks again. New video coming soon.

    Nice bars! And good show of this version of waste bucket process.
    I also don't find a dire need to stannous test. Perhaps if it's being processed for someone and you add to your waste bucket. Then stannous test might assure them that you aren't skimming haha.
    Keep base metal solutions in a separate waste bucket with copper, and then doesn't matter if pms end up in it.

    • @akgoldbear7669
      @akgoldbear7669  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, yes. If i need to show someone that there is no gold left in the solution, then yes, I use stannous chloride. But I still drain the "empty" solution into the waste bucket. Because there is still some microscopic gold in solution. This gold can only be seen if all the liquid has evaporated to dryness. Thanks for the comment 😉🖐

    good job ak, so you boil in hcl many times, till no dirty anymore, then continue with regia?

    • @akgoldbear7669
      @akgoldbear7669  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello. Yes, I boiled everything in hydrochloric acid many many many times. Hydrochloric acid does not dissolve gold, but it does dissolve tin and lead chlorides 🙂

    • @celebrityonthetrack2084
      @celebrityonthetrack2084 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So, I can use the same method for all potential gold from stone, electronics waste, river sand, beach sand, right?

    • @akgoldbear7669
      @akgoldbear7669  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can. There is no tin or lead in river sand, but there are various minerals and iron. Concentrated hydrochloric acid destroys quartz and dissolves iron. River sand, magnetic sand, quartz, must be boiled in concentrated hydrochloric acid without water 🙂

    great..
    how do you get rid of nitric acid from the solution, sir?

    • @akgoldbear7669
      @akgoldbear7669  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't use a lot of nitric acid. If there is excess acid, I just dilute it with water. If there is a lot of acid, then I adding urea and water 🙂

      is there a relationship between large amount of iron sulfates and killing nitric acid

    • @akgoldbear7669
      @akgoldbear7669  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ofcourse. If there is free nitric acid in the solution, ferrous sulfate will react with nitric acid. First of all, iron sulfate will neutralize nitric acid and when there is no nitric acid, iron sulfate will begin to precipitate gold. To neutralize nitric acid with iron sulfate, you need a lot of iron sulfate; this is bad, since excess iron sulfate increases the density of the solution. The best way to neutralize nitric acid with urea and dilute the solution slightly with water to reduce the density of the solution. If the solution is very hot, urea must be added very slowly, otherwise the solution will jump out of the beaker 🙂
