He made this body in 6 months. That’s all I know. SRK’s always been fit. But 8 packs took 6 months to form. Routine I can’t say for sure. When he last showed his abs was like 6 years ago, in a movie. And that time he made his body in just 3 months with a workout of 2 hrs per day. He’s actually very lucky in terms of body building. He doesn’t eat very well, but he’s insane. Actually, he just takes his work too seriously, so he does everything to its best. That’s the only reason for that body at that age
