Only thing better is the HOA location but i have owned and sold both and Palms Place > Veer Condos.

I stayed a week there in 2018 and it wasn't good (pool was nice).....someone hacked the Internet signal and hit my rarely used CC for a couple hundred (I had made a small purchase online)...place was very dark.......like a haunted movie.....security was hostile when I called them
You can live on the Strip but only a fool would want to live in the middle of a tourist area with few amenities for permananent residents. Most folks living in Vegas barely ever go to the Strip.
These units are great for entertainers who work on the strip, pro poker players, and locals who love to be in center of the action and want a city view

Veer is a strange design never liked the tilting towers. Awkward designs and lots of strange corners, slanted windows.
