Nice Review But you really don't need to attached it to the riffle the whole idea is that you just place it next to where you shoot, No wires No extra Powerbanks love it
Hi, thank you. I know you don’t have to attach it the rifle. It just makes it easier and convenient to attach it to low recoiling rifles like the 22lr or 6mm. I won’t be attaching it to anything bigger. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Hi David, I’m sure there is a temp range, but I’m not sure what it is. I had it out last week and it was -22 C and it still worked flawlessly. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
@@LiquidColourDesignBallycarry Hi, I don’t think the watch will connect to the Garmin. I’m not sure how that would benefit you. Unless it would insert the velocities into the ballistic profile. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Hi, lol that’s funny when I was making the video I was looking at that. I put that on there close to 40 years ago. Time sure flies by. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Hi, I built a mount that will mount to a Arca rail or a pic rail. Check out the video below, thanks for watching and the comment, take care.th-cam.com/video/npuYjMphnzo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SriPBZj-qY4DK4Pj
After getting averages stretch out to longer range usein ballistics and dial that and the one more accurate at longer range is the best. I bet it will be the garmin because the 100 plus times of doing this i just use garmin and dont want anything else.
Hi Tom, the Garmin is truly a game changer in my mind. Small, lightweight, user friendly and so far very reliable. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment, take care.
Hi, I thought about doing a video but it’s so easy to make. I’m going to do another video on the Xero. I’ll go over how to make it on that video for you. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Hi Tom, I’m pretty sure there was no interference, they both worked like they should have, 5fps is nothing. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Just FYI if you connect garmin chronograph directly to ur rifle it will void warranty abounding to garmin website , ( it was not designed to be mounted on the rifle it has never been tested by garmin) and it will void warranty if used how it was not designed ( tripod) , I imagine internals of garmin can only take so much recoil abuse before stuff inside will go flying.
@@vikp6115 Hi Vik, yes that makes sense to me. That Chronograph won’t be mounted to anything of mine other than my 6mm creed or 223. They are both really heavy rifles and don’t have much at all for recoil. Oh and my 22LR of course lol. Thanks for the tip my friend and thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
An amazing piece of equipment, the Garmin Chronograph is my fifth Chronos, and it is the costliest of all.
Hi, yes it is an amazing piece of equipment, user friendly and small to pack. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, take care.

Any issue with the Garmin mounted to the rifle? I assumed that a doppler device would need to remain stationary.
Hi Nathan, no issues on light recoiling rifles. I won’t mount it to heavy recoiling rifles.
Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Cool, good to know. Just got mine in the mail this morning and shot my bow over it a few times. What a neat little device! @@bcextremeoutdoorsman
@@nathankent1799 Yes, it’s an amazing unit. Take care my friend.
Where is the sensor for the Garmin? Is it the "box" unit it's self? If so do you place it anywhere?
Hi Steve, the sensor is internal. Just set it beside or attach it to your rifle and your ready to go. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Are there temp limits where this chrono wont work in? Like a limit in minimal temp?

Have you connected it to your Garmin tactic watch?

Ryan Chesney has done a great video on Garmin Xero & LabRadar LX
Hi David, thank you I’ll check it out. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Never mind the Xero, the parts bin labeled with Dymo tape is the real star!

The magneto might be interfering with the other one because of a magnetic field from it.

What case is that pls
