Cops being respectable to the scared and curious citizens of Boston. One showing his hand to an old woman looking out her window due to how dark it is to let her know he's a cop, another calmly instructing the curious person filming them from the second-floor window to close it and stay inside, respectfully knocking on doors, even talking calmly to the young citizens and explaining why they have to search the property. Even Tommy talking to the guy with the cigarette on his porch, and the SWAT team keeping calm when they startled the two college girls with their presence, using hand gestures to how they want them to act. This is how you want the cops to act.
I remember going into Boston 3 days after the bombs were detonated to pick up a car my buddy was buying. They hadn't found him yet so there were police EVERYWHERE.
I remember coming home from school when I was 3 years old at a old house I used to live at and I remember the TV was left on and the news is talking about a bomb had gone off at the finish line and a second bomb at the forum restaurant in Boston
I was working at Brighton House of Pizza the day the shut down the city. BHOP was one of the only places open that day. It was just me and the owner working, had a goddamn line stretching for blocks. Busiest day i ever worked in my life Also, the dude playing Menino doesnt mumble enough
I definitely agree that Deval Patrick’s choice for city wide shut down was very much an act of Martial Law. But he did the right thing. Cheers to the Boston PD and the FBI for keeping our city Boston Strong.

2 things - Sounds like you don't live around here and you weren't here when it happened. And if every citizen were armed, there would have been more dead people from being shot because they were a stranger then those killed and wounded from the bombing.
Doesn't matter how many people are armed, you don't how many people could be shot on account of false identification. Not to mention one cop was killed, more injured, and they had no idea if he was going to keep setting off bombs in Boston or NYC as their hostage said they were saying they would. 2:15 thats the actual guy who found the terrorist in his boat - cool that they included him!
They also included the real Meng in a scene as well and a few others that were part of the search.

Johnny was dead set on getting these guys after they made remarks about ginnys circumference.
Ginny was a hero that day at the marathon. She shielded 20 people from shrapnel.
Word is both bombers placed the bombs on either side of her, and still never met up.
