Last year 2023 I entered a qualifier on Muckno and was nicely set up just as in your video. I was as nervous as hell having been away from matches for a number of years thanks to cancer treatments. Anyway with about 5 minutes to the all in a certain big shot know all on the next peg started shouting derogatory remarks about newbies and pool fodder etc at me. So I just packed in and left. So much for sportsmanship

What wading boots do you use with the stocking-foot waist waders?

Hi Jacko, I am hoping come to Ireland late September with a friend to fish Lower Lough Erne . I will be staying in Irvinestown so I need to find how to access the lough nearby, I was looking at Killadeas, Trory and Airport sections but I can't find how you gain access to these shores. Any help would be appreciated.
    Dave.

Dont bother la the bream shoals have collapsed on lock erne because the Irish have commercially netting the bream for fertiliser

I have fished Ireland and N Ireland for many years and the last time was in 2017. We found that the introduction of the Zebra mussel was the biggest downfall of the fishing. Until the Irish fisheries board do something about the Zebra mussel the whole of Ireland will be ruined by the mussels.

The bream shoals have collapsed on lock erne due to commercial fishing useing the bream as fertiliser. Also fellas going around land locked waters with low loaders and a small trallers netting everything that swims granterd the zebra mussel also hasn't helped the Irish themselves are to blame not looking after it . Used to be fantastic Ireland
