    Nice video! Just a small correction - Spirit of Nature will not convert condis to boons twice when traited with Nature's Vengeance. Condi cleanse happens on shake and revive happens on slam, so when traited it will revive twice (so technically can revive 10 people - 5 per slam). It's frost spirit that removes condis on slam which can be nice option as one of utility skills (also gives resistance on shake).
    Another thing worth mentioning is that F2 from Turtle doesn't work with beast skill traits, so it will not trigger Regeneration from Rejuvenation trait or Vigor/Protection from Invigorating Bond. It seems to be the case for all pets which F2 is an instacast (so only few of them).

      Oh my mistake, i wasn't super sure tbh but 10 revivals seemed a bit too strong lol.
      Definetely didn't know about the f2 instacast thingy , also

      While the F2 from turtle doesn't show that it does those effects in the tooltip it definitely does give protection, regen, and vigor on cast...Have tested this many times, just did again to be sure...not sure why it doesn't always show it on the tooltip though.

      @@egoboost13 this was fixed in one of the recent patches (I think with SOTO release, they stealth fixed few minor bugs here and there) and now works as intended, but it didn't when I wrote my previous comment (none of the insta cast f2 pet skills gave prot/regen/vigor, tested them all as well, but I don't have the video anymore)

      @@CasualElitist fair enough....yeah it still doesn't show in the tooltip so I could see people thinking it didn't work based on that.

    It now triggers carpal tunnel and blows everything on cd contrary to arenanet's philosphy of having builds "to have more flexibility in their utility skill choice and not be required to activate a particular utility type on cooldown to provide quickness or alacrity."
    It sucks as it is right now.

      I guess it's a bit more spammy than before, due to alacrity

    what is the right time in a fight to swap weapons and use warhorn5 ? just before astral form? because after use it feels like you're just stuck there for 5-6 more seconds
    Also how come no sword for the extra mobility?

    • @metallonegw2283
      @metallonegw2283  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      IF you want the quick draw trait to trigger, use it just after you swap to warhorn, then you can go CA. If you prefer quick draw to trigger on any other skills, you can use it whenever you feel more confortable.
      I would recommend : swap to wh, wh5 , CA, use everything on CA , wh 5 again , then swap to staff
      OR, if you need more immediate heals , to swap to wh just before entering CA, so while you are in CA, the weapon swap timer recharges, use CA 3 or 4, warhorn 5 , and back to staff again

    In my experience Verdant Etching is much better than Celestial Shadow...yes stealth and superspeed is nice but protection is far more valuable on your signets, also Glyph of Equality is FARRR better than Glyph of Unity as with your setup you have no stun break and if you use it in CA you have a group stun break. Glyph of the stars is just dramatically better than the spirit(also because of the protection from glyphs) but moreso for the flexibility.
    One nuance that I think is very important to look at here is the timing of your heal well (healing spring) and also the placement of ST5(Sublime Conversion); how fast you get back into CA (which is your most beneficial state) depends on your healing done as that generates your energy. Commonly you are using the heal at different times and your placement of ST5 isn't always ideal....in my experience you are best waiting to place your heal as soon as you exit CA and when it will ideally get the most healing and cleansing, this will come with time running with your tags, or if you are the tag obviously it would be easier, and learning their tempo and movement habits. With ST5 you want to place it where the most people will run through it, there is no target cap, you can literally coat the whole group with regen which is an insane amount of healing for the whole squad so keep that in mind. Also there's MASSIVE value to ST4(Vine Surge) as not only immob but also as a cleanse of immob/chill/cripple so you can really help out by casting that on CD as well and trying to hit as many friendlies or enemies as possible...or as you're running you can just aim it backwards and cast it across the tail so that they don't get immob'd and picked off.
    Only other thing to touch on is the relic....you'll see Antitoxin suggested mostly but I would urge you to use Dwayna, as you will have plenty of cleanse but there's no such thing as too much healing and almost all of your heals come from regen, so this gives a LOT of extra healing.

    • @CasualElitist
      @CasualElitist 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Dwayna relic is a trap - sure 20% more effective regen sounds nice, but it doesnt even come close to increased healing effectiveness from monk relic - yes, a part of your healing comes from regen so buff from dwayna sounds nice, but monk gives you 10% more effective healing on all your heals which overall is just so much healing (especially combined with another 10% from food) - most staff skills, CA skills, healing skill. And % outgoing healing modifiers are the most OP if you want to maximize your healing output (if you are able to upkeep 10 stacks ofc, but on druid you gain them all the time, even by other people applying boons to you, because thanks to fortifying bond trait you share all incoming boons with your pet and that counts as you providing boons, which counts for monk stack). If I check dps logs and healing distribution I see regen being at most ~30% of all healing done (which is the biggest healing % if you look at single skills/traits in log), but the remaining ~70% from all other skills combined is pure healing which is affected by monk relic, that's why monk > dwayna if you want to maximize your healing output and don't want to go with antitoxin or something else.

    • @egoboost13
      @egoboost13 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are some flaws in your data, starting with your logs are going to be off as it looks like you probably don't have the highest heal power in your group that's applying regen, so your regen isn't being counted it's just adding duration....I appreciate the info but I've tested this quite a bit and regen is always more than 70% of my healing and my healing is always more than double any other healing(probably because of the first observation).

    • @CasualElitist
      @CasualElitist 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Druid has a trait that gives extra healing power based on power (afaik other healers don't have such traits and they all run same gear, so druid's regen always will take priority as it has the highest healing power). If regen is more than 70% of your healing, then I don't think you utilise your other healing skills enough, but then dwayna relic will work for you, yes

      @@CasualElitist well, seeing as I'm doing far more healing in my similar time fights as in yours then I don't think anything is amiss.....but yes, we'll go with that.

      @@CasualElitist and just to be clear...it's easily double what you're doing....I'm unsure why you're so set on dismissing DATA vs what you think or what you've been told because from the sounds of it you didn't do any meaningful testing on this but I'll get some real data here instead of us just going back and forth pointlessly where you try to pretend like you're doing something better even though I can see video evidence of what you're actually doing.
      Actually.....I think you are right, after looking a little bit more and seeing that you end up in fights where you are outhealed by a Vindi support then i do agree, it's a difference in playtyles and placements of things. Best wishes.
