Met the sheikh today at my local Masjid, he came unannounced to just break his fast and pray Magrib. I think he is 77 years old now. May Allah bless him with goodness and bounty in the life and the next.

Understand that he is making a distinction between Malcom X and el- Hajj Malik Shabazz. The name changed occurred after Allâh brought him from the darkness of falsehood into the light of Sunni Islam during his Hajj.

If you love Allah then you should follow his final Messenger and Prophet Muhammad. Which means you can not be part of the NOI.

Prove to me that Elijah Muhammad was a messenger using the Quran and the hadith. Also Elijah Muhammad had extramarital affairs with many women so how can you believe he is a messenger. Even his own sons knew he wasnt a messenger of God and they came to true Islam. Alhamdulillah.

Malcolm x when he left the nation of islam he came in to true islam
Why did Malcolm make an audio recording apologizing to The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, & admitting that he made an error? Orthodox Islam is in-effective in reforming us because it's honeycombed with corruption, racism,& tainted with bigotry. That's why Propher Muhammad, (pbuh), said 2-3 generations after me, you will no longer be of me. You do know that it's written that a Islam would be cleaned up by a black man from the west don't you?

Malcom X came out of the of the rubbles and destruction of 400 years of slavery and he reached out to islam and muslims!
Muslims never reached out to him or did anything for malcolm X; he had to do everything himself!
Without Malcolm X there would be no Khalid Yasin of today!
Malcolm X embodied the hard and difficult islam; his islam can be compared to the islam of the first sahaba's who suffered and struggled until they find what they were looking for!

It disturbs me when people link the two religions. Many TNOI's principles are contrary to numerous fundamental Islamic principles. I studied that religion for decades and found them to basically be another religon.

I encourage everyone who is speaking through emotion to listen to the lecture to receive enlightenment. Despite Bro. Malcolm's early days of Jahiliyah. By Allah's Mercy he became who he became through that narrative. He is not speaking ill of our brother. He is speaking of the past that his lord brought him out of. Some of the best of Allah's worshipers came from the worst backgrounds.
Islam erases sinsprior shahada. Its hadiith. everyone who takes shahada becomes like newborn again clean.

Masha Allah Sheikh khalid for giving us this abandont knowledge of our history. Im student of knowledge, read about Molconmax's mother when I was in college ,and it was terrible how enemies of muslim treated her and finnally became mentally ill because they were calling her names and harresing her. May Allah have mecry on malcolm's. They were an exampolary Muslims.
today our black community changed and many goung women and men are exepting Islam alhamdulillah. I work a masjid in downtown St. Paul, in Mn, Masjid Dawa, and every friday there's someone taking shahada alhamdulila.
unfortunately these people don't get all the help and resources they need.
We to teach them thier basics because they are confused. knowledge of Islam will help them stay strong muslims and proud and fonfident about their religion heritages and history. college professors are make them confused because they are making comparison. These new muslims don,t know enough about Islam to defend their faith and stay strong. This is real fitnah in colleges s and universities because they don't know about their religion,and it's not only problem for the new muslim, but also for the youth. We need to educate them so they can become ambassadors for their Diin and community.
On the other hand, there's growing stigma and labeling of the young innocent Duaat who are trying to pulled together.
without indepth knowledge of Islam it's difficult to resist Kufri and the mushrik ideolegy in the West, and I have my reasons because I went through this. it's a shark wave for the young duaat and the students of knowledge. They resources in Islamic education because they are overwhelmed and burned out mentally and physically trying to study those difficult and cuonterfercial topics such as ethics philosophy and sychology. without solid knowledge of Islam its hard to resist those shark waves.
young duat are attacked by media and bullied in schools spreading false information and confusing the public.
MSA's were band some college s and universities to do Dawah claiming that they are support ing terrorism groups.
Our Muslim community needs to support the youth and new muslims, and give them the help they need, guidance and support because they are the hope for our ummah and forces for real positive change in the west.

Masha Allah he absolutely is a very affective speaker. But the source for our iman, our faith, and our sincerity, is Allah ALONE, b/c only He can give us that and facilitate that for us.
