    i just had a though
imagine you're a phone. Your life span is 10 years
1 year of phone is equivalent to 10 human years
and your a 1 year old phone or 10 year old person
and you're suddenly went into a box (capsule)
and 10 years later you wake up again but with a s24 ultra
and all your buddies and family are dead or in the landfill
as a 12 years old tech or should be 120 in human years
are well alive as 10 years old cuz you're in isolation
and you're alone and was awaken into a future world
and probably scared and after few hours you went back to isolation again
cuz the person not gonna use you cause your old and weak
and you'll sleep for another 10 or so years (100human years)
just to be waken up again to see the same process of being reviewed

That's because Samsung saw how stupid buyers are. "There's no way people are stupid enough to buy a phone with no removable battery," then the iPhone did it and Samsung thought there's no reason to care. "There's no way people are so stupid that they'll spend money on a phone with no headphones jack and then spend another hundred dollars on Apple earbuds," and people sure did so Samsung copied. I don't blame Samsung for taking advantage of dumb buyers if it's what they want. They keep removing stuff and charging a premium and people keep buying.

Nah, that's not fair. My zfold 5 is by far the best phone I've ever used. The screen is finally big enough for the pen to be really really useful. It's my tiny portable photoshop tablet (you can use it as a windows display with full PEN support with pressure and it works amazingly well as a photoshop tablet on the go) and I have taken dozens and dozens of hours of handwritten notes on the screen that are automatically synced to all my galaxy devices AND OneNote for safe keeping and backup. It's a goddamn productivity powerhouse. Using Dex I even replaced my desktop at work with it for over a month and used it for photo editing, video editing, shooting said videos, a webcam for someone else's computer, graphic design, and more at my actual job. Fuck you and everyone else who disses foldables. This is the first goddamn time a fucking phone has ever actually been USEFUL. @@afrolintin

2012 is such a cool year. Manufacturers experimented with lots of features. Sony Experia is still a thing for consumer market. Innovation flourishes as people still trying to speculate with the future of smartphone and android in its infancy years. Now those experiments and features are gone because we know what market really wants. Market research has narrowed down smartphone features into marketable products. I just wish that smartphone manufacturers are going to release experimental products once in a while though!

Can see the white and black dots on the screen. Sadly, most projector lights don't last very long. I've had my in home projector replaced twice now in the past 3 years, because it keeps going out. I doubt they'll let me warranty it a 3rd time. The lights simply don't last more than a few years of consistent use. The little white and black spots on the projector image is due to the technology of the time, where it projects using hundreds of tiny mirrors within a chip that the light passes through (or reflects off of) to create an image, when these jam up they no longer display the image but a solid white or black instead.

You should clean the projector lens and get a new battery. maybe installing a new android version which supports the projector app.

This still looks superior than modern phones that looks like a brick with a screen attached to it. The only interesting Samsung phones are foldable ones today.
As for the Android 4.0.4 thing, it looks like previous owner rooted the phone and changed the version string from 2.3.6 to 4.0.4 by editing build.prop file inside system files.

I mostly use this to watch anime and I'd say it's best to watch anime with this rather than watching movies or tv shows if you don't have a 40" tv. There was also a released galaxy beam 2 but it didn't sell well.

The size isn’t even an issue imo. Cool review though!

*Edit* I looked up price of this phone and the smart TVs, its definitely costlier, you could buy a good projector at one third of the price

With how compact tech is today, I am 100% certain a projector could be built into any modern phone without much extra space taken. Imagine the iPhone 16 having a 1080p or 4k projector built into the top... such a shame that this is considered a gimmick because to me a projector built into a phone still seems so futuristic. I mean having your alarm just appear on your wall in the morning like a TV is awesome. Even more so being able to instantly project your screen on the fly so you dont have to huddle around a small device. It seems kinda cyberpunk in a way.
We need to petition a comeback of this tech. In my mind its in no way a gimmick and in fact it screams the "portability" and cool factor that a lot of other tech is going for these days.
