I suffer from PGAD and it is very stressful and at times painful to the point of getting depress. And the sad thing about it is that most Gynecologist and Urologist have no clue about it. My gyno said to me " tell your husband to play with you" and the Urologist remark was worse, he said "Hello, talk to my wife", he is the one I wanted to slap in the face. Imagine having said to a woman that had to muster extreme courage to mention that very embarrassing situation happening to her and to hear those responses from the professionals that she trusted to confide in. If a man would have to walk 24 hours with an erection 24/7, especially doctors, there would have been thousands of studies on the matter, but because it happens mostly in women and we are shy to talk about such thing, we remain in the dark, ashamed and disturbed by what is happening to our bodies. I am 73 years old, and I have been suffering with this for over 10 years now. I printed information about it and brought it to my Gyno the following year telling him to informed himself before making any opinion to any other patient that complained to him about it, but still to this day nothing from him. Hello Dr. Malik. Great videos as always. I have a question if I may. I'm on a 5 mg daily dose of tadalafil for BPH and ED. But it will take some weeks for the Ed to work as the tadalafil gets ans levels in my system. My question is, if I know when me and my wife will get intimate, can I take the 10 mg dosage for that day instead of the 5mg 30 minutes prior to see and then continue the next day with my usual 5mg dosage? The results for the BPH have improved immensely already. Please let me know. Thank you in advance.

When I floss or have dental hook/cleaning on my back molar and wisdom tooth on the upper left side…it makes my toes curl it feels better than anything I’ve ever experienced before. I was doing it so much I was causing my gums to bleed, to the day it takes all my self control to do a quick simple floss in the area. A couple of things you didn't mention are that apparently women also get aroused from having their feet massaged or otherwise played with. Apparently from what I read awhile back, they can get what's called a "footgasm". Yeah I have been on antidepressants for 40 years and some of them might have been on well most of them have had some sort of sexual side effect I was taking Zoloft and could not orgasm I had no problem getting an erection but 45 minutes later of solid pounding she's telling me to stop cuz it's hurting so I stop I went for about 3 years with never having an orgasm even when masturbating which I do a lot but when I was like taking some of these medicines and I would end up making myself raw because of not being able to have an orgasm but in my mind I'm like you're going to you're going to you're going to

Thanks Doc. Could you please explain why most of the antidepressant medications cause : ED, inability to orgasm, inability to get wet or excited, lack of interest in sex, lack of feeling. Please tell us in detail. Sexual pleasure is a huge, huge part of happiness. Therefore, antidepressants may make us more depressed because of little or no sexual satisfaction.
It Might be. it relaxes muscles and nerves.. causes less blood flow and turning dizziness in mind.... results ED .. but lack of interest of sex is really a concern 🤔
@@ito4167 I am sure that the SSRI'S affect the spinal cord, the pernium, and the hormone levels. Doctors have little proper explanation, and none would admit that drugs can be a problem. They would lose business and collusion with big Pharma.

Yeah I have been on antidepressants for 40 years and some of them might have been on well most of them have had some sort of sexual side effect I was taking Zoloft and could not orgasm I had no problem getting an erection but 45 minutes later of solid pounding she's telling me to stop cuz it's hurting so I stop I went for about 3 years with never having an orgasm even when masturbating which I do a lot but when I was like taking some of these medicines and I would end up making myself raw because of not being able to have an orgasm but in my mind I'm like you're going to you're going to you're going to

Instead of working hard on talking therapy, psychiatry insists on pills for emotional issues.
I've only seen very very few videos and studies about persistent genital arousal disorder, so it seems like not much is known about it.. Probably makes sense as to why not much light has been given to it considering it's very extreme circumstance.
