Thank you Mary. The biscornu was a nice easy stitch and I really enjoy assembling them. I'm so sorry for the loss of your fur baby, it's never easy adjusting to not having them by our sides anymore. There are plenty of times I do move my cat, but I know his time is coming to an end with us as well, he'll be 16 this year, and am just trying to make the most of what we have left together. Thanks Orietta, I'm so glad someone could shed light on where I got the pattern from. Lol! And I totally understand being bitten by the knitting bug lately, there were many nights during the challenge I was sitting there stitching away only to be wishing I had a sock in my hand instead. Lol!
This was really fun to watch! It's interesting to see your projects progress in real time and see how life can impact stitching time and decisions. I had considered doing an Olympics vlog as well, but alas, pictures was all I could manage. I share the house with too many people to stop and film so regularly. ;)
Thank you Sarah! I will admit it was strange filming my little clips while hubby was in the house, thankfully most of them were quite small so not too much of a risk of him walking in, lol! I'm just getting ready to watch your video, I can't wait to see what projects you were able to get to!
Hi Kimberly! Thanks so much for watching. The vlog was a lot of fun to put together and actually went pretty fast with the editing, the biggest thing I think was me being organized in renaming my clips. After I was dine that it went very smooth

I'm obsessed with Plum street samplers. You enabled me to buy babushka's blossoms actually, I bought it at the craft retreat I attended. Can't wait to start! Hi Belinda! I'm a little embarrassed that Gathering honey hasn't been finished yet, but I'm really enjoying it now I've pulled it back out, it's a shame it sat not being worked on for so long. And I would love to start Babushka's blossoms with you, although I think I still need to buy the threads and find fabric for her. I'm sure we could find a day that would work for both of us.
miskacat1 don't be embarrassed! We all neglect our wips! I have quite a few I probably won't touch again because my tastes have changed....oh yay I would love to stitch along with you. I don't have my babushka blossoms kitted up either so don't worry! No hurry at all xx
