However he apparently speaks to Pico and Girlfriend which makes sense because Girlfriend is his girlfriend and Pico is his friend ig I don't know how speak in beep bops avoids conversations since he still speaks so much, but ig it's because people may find him weird therefore not speaking to him, or because nobody else seems to speak beep bops so not many people understand it so they legit can't have a conversation with him. Point is, he can indeed speak like the rest of the characters.
