It's really nice how something so small as making trees having different color foliage that follows the seasons makes such a big difference in visuals.

You would be wrong, the biggest updates are happening under the hood. The new core engine is multithreaded, that alone makes it a game changer.
It's weird that there is water on the beach in MSFS 2024 because in MSFS 2020 it is always sand and no water so hopefelly it's not like that when the sim comes out.
how did you do the exact same route and camera angel in both sims? Which software is that?
I used FlightRecorder to record the flight data in 2024 and replay in 20...the angles took wayyy too long to get it close enough but it was mainly the in-game drone camera and cockpit views.
I got a little confused 2024 is the right yeah
Like night and day. And to think I used to believe MSFS 2020 could not look any better. Is it 11/19 yet?!
Did you land in the car park?
After FSX I, haven't played fs2020 that much. I also had experience in ivao and vatsim for about 800+ hours. Also formation flyings and prop planes experience. Anyhow... I kinda skipped fs2020 because it seemed a bit... dull :D But FS2024 I think will be kinda like FSX after fs2004.
Wow, the difference is amazing, ground detail, textures, effects, the plane getting dirty, the overall colors, they finally got rid of that green tint, cant wait to see it out!
Landing was: Butter.
The improvement is there, but I don't know if it's worth upgrading my CPU for.
Bought MSFS 2020 Deluxe edition.
I only wanted the 737 Max . I don’t even know if I really want to get the 2024 MSFS maybe the standard version just for the max.
I mean... yeah. It looks slightly better, but you can clearly tell it's the same engine. Gonna let this one mature and fly on 2020 a few more months.
I dont know.. I personally prefer 2020 version. But when you land, 2024 looks better up close.
A ryzen 9800x3d finally had more than 60 fps in this and now they release 2024 version 🐶
what happen ? Why the old is better ? i dont understand, the new one is less detailed
This is the Alpha version of 2024, not the final build. You can expect the full release to be more detailed.
Was your airspeed when you landed? That was pretty bumpy
45kts just prior to touchdown. It was a slight bounce but the sand and terrain amplified it.
Why does the road look so small???
Nice especially at 2:14 the ground textures and the car in 2024 is so much better. Look at that ground ! The car is beautiful too !
You do know this is a tech alpha right, it doesn’t have any of the fsx details like 2020
😂😂😂😭😭😭 this game is also a joke
