- No doubt this is the ugliest lawn on the block but after spending some time on the property I can tell that this house will soon make someone a very beautiful home.

Believe it or not, having a well-groomed yard does increase the value of a home, not to mention makes it more attracted to potential buyers. It's wonderful that you're helping them out in that area. Taking care of the outside of the home is a signal to most buyers that the inside may look just as nice. The first impression lasts with most folks.
It also reduces down the risks from unwanted animals. Snakes, for example, don't particularly like a well groomed lawn, with all the trash picked up. That doesn't mean you have to go crazy, like people in my neighborhood. In fact, most grass does better letting it get to at least 3" long, rather than scalping down to the rhizomes. Also, johnson grass dies if you cut it down below 8" a few times.

It's amazing how a fresh cut lawn can improve the esthetic of a home. It has to be very satisfying when looking at the before and after.

Masks for dusty work nothing else, not good for your health, they fact make you ill..
Oi. The bad information in the replies to the OP. Beards may be 'nature's mask', but something like a gaiter will also keep the beard from getting absolutely filthy when cutting in the summer and winter (dry seasons). Masks do _not_ make you ill. That's like claiming that we all need to be naked because it's healthier than wearing clothing - at least until you try to walk through a rosebush. Masks are simply a filter for the air. For things like coughing, it traps the outgoing air to slow it down, so it doesn't rocket across the room - which is polite and thinking of others. They do less so for incoming air, but they _still_ clean out crap in the air, like dust, dirt, pollen, and to a degree, even smaller particles. (Unless you wear a full respirator, but that's not a mask)
