62 years old and a stoned for 40 plus years. 3 months tomorrow weed free. Thanks for bringing up “weed fantasy”. Resonated. Weed made me socially isolated. It’s so liberating.
Dear Bill, yes helping so much. I'm 80 days into my 100 day challenge. Yes I'm going through a negative firestorm but hearing you gives me the strength to carry on. I was out for 50 years! Peace and Love Si xxx
Best dude ever helped me I’m 26 days no weed feel better than ever I actually try to make friends and do things now in the past I would just sit at home and I’ve changed a ton ! Love ya man
I have been struggling in the 3-5 day mark in quitting over and over again, I begin to lose trust in myself, however reading this has made me feel very hopeful. Thank you for sharing
@@BigBunyip I live in Colorado 2 minutes away from a dispensary but I wanted to be more social and meet more women and have new experiences with people so I took up my old hobbies rollerskating and everything I like doing. My biggest thing I’d tell myself through week 1 and 2 was “I can do anything in the world anything but smoke weed” I could go skate I could go talk to girls I could literally do anything but smoke and after 2 weeks I got melatonin I started supplementing and I didn’t go overboard I know I can’t change everything at once so I did one day at a time and yeah it was hard but not all that hard love ya brother keep strong
Been smoking weed daily since I was 16, found you last year and got a whole 8 months off til i unfortunately got back into it at the end of last year being around family and friends over holidays, until about 2 weeks ago, I won’t be making the same mistake again.. 100% my fault btw.. very much needed words of wisdom, thankyou brother
Stay off it if you already struggle with mental health issues. Only numbs it temporarily but after that it’s straight back down to earth in a brutal way
Dude like he said you got it, You’re not alone in this I’m also staying sober after 7 years of smoking this 420. You are 100% capable of letting it go entirely. ❤️
Believe in you! You can replace the addiction with things like meditation, music, conversations with people, writing, drawing, photography, etc. Bill's videos also helped me when I quit in 2023. Never been happier or more confident in my being. Rooting for you to do what you know is best, even if it's something you have an emotional relationship with. Days can be good, bad, peaceful or mundane, but that is the beauty of life. Things are always changing, and it is unnatural for us to cling to a dependence on substances. Our bodies and minds will reject it. Drink water, eat healthy foods and get some exercise. Your mind and body will thank you. I'm far from perfect, but quitting was the first and best step I've taken to choose a better life for myself. Rooting for you ❤
Bill, dude, you have more talent than you think. You have a very pleasant voice and you have an amazing story telling, there is something about you that makes me want to see more. More content please!!!
I call it pot now, haha how much things have changed. Its been almost 4 years without the herb and I feel great. Thanks for sharing your story man, more people need to realize life is better without weed. I've made videos about quitting too, feel free to check out.
Bill, you really are the best to keep me motivated and stay away from weed after 20 years addiction. I watched all your videos several times during the last year 😅❤️ Meditation helps me a lot as well. Thanks a lot for your precious time and words, they're a gift. All the best and cheers (I follow you from Italy 🙂👋🏼)
I find these phones to be more damaging mentally than weed. I quit weed last year for 9 months after 23 years daily but i felt more anxiety, and less motivation than ever which was a surprise. The price for the chill high is an end to productivity and a passivity that wouldnt otherwise happen, u know lettin things slide or not givin something thought that u should have. But definitely the phone wrecks me the most with depression etc.
I truly do believe that smoking pot all the time takes away from true connection because it is basically a trance? It all seems so delusional from a sober standpoint. And then add social media and the lack of privacy on top of it… geez we got a lot of healing to do…
Bill thanks again for these videos. I’m officially clean for three months now. I’m proud of myself but still feeling physical anxiety, which was definitely one of the reasons I quit. I hope it continues to decrease in time?
gotta say weed changes the way people look at u, u look like a happy centered trustworthy person but if i walked by u with a joint in ur hand i would turn the otherway and id have aloy of prejudice of u even tho im a smoker id still see u differently
The struggle is in your mind bro…. Im around 50yo & Weed is amazing for my mind, wakes me up, helps me focus strategically & I feel energized. My come down is smooth & I don’t stress over not having it. I smoked from 18 to 33 then stopped for 12 years, now i smoke here & there at cookouts or w/e. I quit smoking cigs 15 years ago, I rarely drink (last drink was 3 years ago) & I don’t do any other drugs & I stay away from anything to do with big phar..ma & even over the counter medicine. It effects everyone differently & it impacts me positively but it’s definitely not for everyone but I disagree about it being addictive but thats just my opinion. Respect to you for your video & trying to help people but don’t label it a bad thing because it has great benefits for the right person.

Hey Billy D. Schaardoggy. Glad you’re doing well. Love to see you sometime.
I need to let it go bruh. tomorrow will be my first day ironic cuz it’ll be 4/20. Scared of the noise, but more scared of the feelings I’m having now.

Why do you have to censor the word "weed" ?
TH-cam may hide the video or take away the monetization that bill would make from it
Because YT censors it
@@BillHowie Pff...i hate yt.
