Never owned a Glock before, but I bought the 43X. I love it. To me its a hybrid between the size of a subcompact and the ammo capacity of a single stack 9mm. I also like how its easy to grab from the holster, the 365 and smaller firearms make that harder in my opinion. Great video!

"Shoots to the left", I find that my sons 43x does the same and both my G19 models do the same. My two G36 models and my G26 do not shoot left of center. The G26 was shooting high for me and anyone else that shot it, so I changed the rear sight to a lower one and it's awesome now.
I have seen multiple reviews saying the 43x shoots left as well. Sean Ryan at vigilance elite even shot his 43 back to back with it to make sure it wasn't just him pulling it
That is the only glock I have ever held that I liked the grip,angle. I know its not any different but it feels it to me idk why but I'm not a big glock guy. However I do like the 43x. Thanks for the video
Great vid. Purchased and should be in tomorrow. I currently EDC a MP Shield Performance Center 9MM. This Glock caught my eye at a local gun shop over Easter weekend and I liked the 10 round mag, so I ordered. Told the gunsmith to change out those stock Glock sights. My old eyes don't work with those Glock sights. :) Wanted to see how it compared to my Shield. Gonna be tough, but I like the look of two-tone and 10 round mag with a 10 round backup, which I carry. Shield Arms make a 15 round magazine for that gun. All you have to do is swap the magazine release from stock (polymer) to steel. Easy and cheap. You can't beat 15 rounds in a single stack width grip.
I have noticed in shooting this and watching other reviews that this gun does shoot left a little. I also think the slide is a little gritty when racking it.
Thanks for taking a look at this gun, I am seriously considering a 43. I am in possession of not-very-large hands, and a single-stack magazine is something I will definitely want for an auto-loader.
Don't think you are havin' an off day... Myself and four instructors all shot a bit low and left with our sample 43x that had factory Ameriglo sights on it as well. We were all dead on with a P938 and a Walther PPS in the same session with same ammo.
Dont get me wrong, I love glocks, and I own a Gen 4 G19 MOS. But why does it seem these newer glocks, are coming with less options or inferior finishes but the prices stay the same?
Got a Glock 43X recently, and love it. The issue he points out about the finish when putting it in a holster doesn't seem to be completely accurate, in my opinion. Placing it in a Kydex holster does cause black marks. However, I this seems to be the slide scraping small amounts of the Kydex off. If you scrape those marks with a fingernail, they will usually go away. Maybe other holsters behave differently, but mine don't have an issue. Also, the Shield Arms S15 is amazing to get 15 rounds in a small package.
Did your P365 have problems? I keep hearing everyone make comments on the early hiccups of the P365, yet they say they’ve had no problems with their own. I had one and had ZERO problems. I sold it because I wanted the slightly longer P365XL. I also bought the G43X too the day after I bought the XL because of how it felt in my hands. I was going to get the G48 but found I liked the G43X better.
The new 43x was printing pretty left for Sean from Vigilance elite as well. Perhaps it’s how they’ve been putting the sights on the slides at the factory?
Wow, i carry a G20 or a sig p320 .40 appendix and never worry about weight and i seldom if ever print. Before i was carrying a g27 with 2 spare 15rd mags. Hey, as long as you have one on ya it beats the one at home (as long as it isn't .380 i know that one too well)

Had a pierce +2 extension and 99gr HST so that makes 8+1 if i recall. 1 dead center forehead shot (failed to stop) 1 to the mouth (semi effective but nope) and 5 to the chest after sidestepping the charge did it. It still managed to crawl away under a bush 20 some yards away by the time i got the cops on the phone. 1 in the mag 1 in the chamber. Sold it for said g27 that day and was actually attacked by a sow again on a private ranch while fishing! 180gr HST, 1 to the throat and it instantly noped outta there and 1 to the forehead made good eating for a week or so. I know it's not a person, but it was real world experience for me enough to step up. I think 9mm would have done much better, but i played it safer.
Vigilance Elite’s channel had a problem with the 43x shooting left. The 48 didn’t. I know you guys can shoot well, so did you notice that being a problem? Edit: If the rear sight is pushed right, someone adjusted it to shoot right. It shouldn’t be causing it to shoot left...????
AARRGGHH! Can’t believe you shot whole video without trying one handed shooting. I’m dropping mag out with right and left one handed. On a sand bag rest, groups on my 43X are HALF the size of my 26 on sand bag rest. So it’s an accurate pistol.

Why am I full of shit, because I voiced my experience with this gun? Because I wanted to love it but ended up hating it? Hickok45 was right, this gun serves no real purpose with the 43 already out. The long grip looks stupid & prints like a bastard, the slide coating sucks & always looks dirty/smudged up, you get added weight with the thicker, heavier fame & extra ammo...if you already own a 43 there's no reason to buy one of these. With a Hyve +1 & maguts I get 8+1 capacity in a much smaller, lighter package.
Is that mag extension/retention issue that Chad was talking about a prevalent thing? I haven't heard that. I have also never seen that with any of my small frame glocks. They all have Hyve and Taran Tactical extensions.

Taran Tactical mag extensions are great and never had an issue with them. I use the +1 on all my G43 mags.
Got a G48, slightly bigger brother to G43x, great gun, comfortable and solid. But does need different sights. Carries well.

Why this over a 26? Besides the weight and lack of ammo, it's the same size in a holster with no option for hicap mags.
