how much does the full kit cost just for the stretch not including the Back rim? Please let me know I'm interested in installing on my Ruckus soon! And can you stretch it using the stock back rim?
please email us at info@theruckshop.com please tell us what kind of stretch you are looking for. if its 6.5 or 9.5 then you can use a stock tire but will not be able to go fatty. if its a fatty stretch then you will have to go fatty since the offset of the wheel will not be centered. we will look forward to your email. thank you
@@Theruckshop bobby which stretch kits. Are for regular back tire and which for. Fatty i know the 12 inch fir fatty trs ine right but how bout that 9 1/2 man.lmk ty
anyone know if this would work on a ruckus that does not have a GY6 motor? can I still convert it into a fatty with the kit and will the shock and conversion kit install correctly?
Hey Ruck shop! New to the ruckus scene and I’m looking at your 9.5 stretch kit for the 49cc and was wondering when that is installed can I use my stock shock on the back or will I need an extension?
you can use the stock shock. There's a picture of a ruckus on the site under that part with the stock shock on it. The blue and black one. It will be soft though so eventually you will need a beeffer shock
no the biggest you can go is 12x5, otherwise you need the fatty mount to counter the offset the wheel gives you. if you tried to put a fat tire on without the mount it would not be centered with the frame and you would have to lean hard to the right in order to counter steer the bike to stay straight.
I have the ncy 6.5 inches stretch so i have the throttle and brake cable that comes with that kit. Will that be long enough for this stretch kit and i lower my handle bar???
it kind of does.. but it was made a little better with a bigger hole for the carb to actually fit through and we have the fuel line hole which theirs doesnt. design is different to.
It would be nice to see what the kit looks like completely finished and assembled on the bike.
go to our hotlap sidewinder v1 video its on there
@@Theruckshop Ok thanks
I was wondering if I could focus on the back end first as far as the engine swap goes & then later on work on the front end
