This game wasn't the best example of that but yes. It's a bit annoying when a series ends like this when you're cheering for the losing team and the other team just gets the lucky bounces in the game that matters the most. I'm not saying Vegas won by sheer luck, not by any stretch, but sometimes you just get games where somehow everything works out. Rebounds just bounce right to your attackers and shots just get through. It's hockey.

If Vegas keeps playing the way they are, I really feel pitty for anyone who gets to play them. This is one heluva team. To beat Avalanche that I considered the best team in the league even by playoff standard, it takes a great team. This was a great series!

The refs let playoff hockey be playoff hockey by ignoring the gritty, dirty scrums from both sides and only calling the extremely blatantly obvious calls like Karlsson getting tripped up. VGK seems to work best as the underdogs so hopefully they don't make the same mistake as their previous conquests by underestimating the Habs. Go Knights Go!
