The tail end of this ep, when Molly and Max are discussing their definitely legal and not at all under the table lava business, and Alan is trying to reign in the chaos is 100% why the MC pods need to be available as videos, too. I laughed so hard, I cried!

I was lucky enough to get to experience Starcruiser in March of this year. My entire family was so impressed with the experience and we still talk about it to this day, from the Star Wars fans to those who hate Star Wars. I am so happy you guys had a fantastic time! It is such a shame it is closing.
Edit: After watching the full video, this is the best Starcruiser coverage I have ever seen. I would be lying if I said I did not get a bit teary-eyed during One Galaxy, thank you for making this video and letting me experience the Halcyon one last time. Lava business is the best business!

Guessing that the costs of running the hotel and entertainment was very high. They likely could not have made it much cheaper long term. Most of the videos on youtube it looked like the crew members were nearly as many as the passengers.

This might just be my favorite Mammoth Club video yet. The best videos have been seeing our amazing trio just live their best lives and have so much fun along the way, and we are the lucky ones who get to experience it too. This was that same vibe cranked all the way up. Knowing how much Alan and Max love Star Wars just made this all the more special to see the experience from their eyes. I laughed, I cried, and I am already so ready to rewatch this one over and over. I am so glad they got to have all the fun just enjoying themselves and got to pepper in the commentary/facts/story building after the fact. Its the perfect format for any future travel fun we may get so lucky to see down the line. WELL JOB!

The sitcom asides, the genuine joy and camaraderie of friends having fun first and presenting second, the lava business, the poncho….truly Mammoth Club’s finest hour. I loved this so much, so glad you all got to have this experience and thank you for bringing us along!

@@melanienguyen5667 If you'd like another potential idea, I dressed up as Zenon for a runDisney event years ago, and I was quite comfortable. I wore athletic leggings and a long-sleeved running top in blue, and cut up two pink t-shirts to become the vest and skirt. (I already had the blue leggings, so I essentially flipped the colors of her classic outfit.) I added some holographic pleather sheets to make the shoulder pieces and the all-important earring. And then I pulled my hair up in Zenon's side ponytail.
You should have called it the "Volcano Bay" lava company. 😂

I’m not even a Star Wars fan (never seen a full movie…I know…sue me). I clicked on this video because I’ll watch Molly, Alan & Max talk about paint drying so ya know…
But I was so impressed by how immersive this experience was. I can imagine this was dream come true for Star Wars nerds of all ages. It reminds me a bit of when I visited Wizarding World for the fist time and seeing and eating things I had only ever read about.

I am so grateful that Disney rolled the dice on this. It is a premium experience at a premium price point for sure. I don’t see any way that they could have made this experience less expensive and maintained the level of quality that makes it so special.
Love the shenanigans. Listen, just between you and me, I know some Ewoks who are very interested in lava. Since you three could probably sell lava to a local on Mustafar I think you have a good chance of moving a ton of it over on Endor. I’ll need to check the quality in person, but this could be a promising opportunity to expand your venture…

One day, I will watch this. I just mourn the Starcrusier and really want to go back. So I'm not emotionally ready to watch this and enjoy it. But I look forward to the ability to watch it, and learn something new that I didn't get to see. I'm also glad for Max and Alan that they got to see it. Molly, I hope you enjoyed the drinks and thank you for being such a good sport.

Our small family of three (wife, 14yr son and I) got to enjoy this experience. It’s the most immersive Star Ways experience I have ever had. My son struggles with socializing due to low level autism and he LOVED IT!! It is expensive but worth every penny. it is like a VIP tour for 2 1/2 days plus shows, concerts/parties, specialty meals, interactions with characters at will, and unique accommodations. not everyone can afford it, we had to save for a year to pay for it but we enjoyed it. And the ONCE IN A LIFETIME memories will stay with us forever. Thank you Disney for this opportunity, the amazing cast and so sad no one else will get to experience it.
PS. I didn’t know this was going to close when we were there, so I guess I lucked out when I bought all the exclusive merch that is still in it’s original box 📦
Don’t know if you’ll see this but just wanted to thank Molly and Alan. We’re at Disney for my 16th birthday and we saw Molly and Alan at Steakhouse 71 yesterday. Molly was so kind to get right up and take a picture with me and even complimented my ears. I regretted not asking Alan to get in the picture. That made made my whole day and trip! Our vacation has been awesome because of your videos! We’ve been able to get on every ride we wanted to and everything we’ve eaten has been delicious.

So glad that Alan and Max got to experience this before it ends. I do think this could have been a good idea but the price just killed it. I would have gone if it was like $2,000. I hope this doesn't stop Disney from taking more risks and creating new experiences.

What an amazing video. Possibly my favourite MAM video ever. I don’t want to admit how much happy crying I did!
I'm a huge SW fan, but the Cruiser always seemed overpriced, and a huge gamble catering to a niche market. But this vid has *absolutely* sold it. The theming is out of control - maybe the best Disney has done in decades. The atmosphere and experience looks completely seamless, the detail is INSANE, and the CMs/performers are all bringing their a-game. Maybe it could transition to a themed hotel, but losing the incredible magic of the interactive story would be a shame. (I'd still go in a heartbeat though.)
They could probably have made profit and been a great success but the CEO forced them to theme it only on Disney movies. In the end Disney deserve to lose money because they mishandled the characters. It all looks so generic.

I've heard a few different things. I think it depends heavily who was on the cruise with you. People who really want to get into it helps. I think with it closing people are trying their best to maximize the moment more
The Halcyon has come such a long way since Molly went for the first time with AE.
If they lowered the price even by a couple thousand and also offered discount family/group packages then I bet that a lot more people would be able to do it.
I just hope that the cast memebers who put their heart and soul into these roles are able to placed in other roles in the parks.
Max's speech made me cry even though I am not a huge Star Wars girlie it was so amazing to see and I am still fond of the franchise. Sad that I will not be able to experience this.

Proud Star Wars nerd 🤓 here, excited to share that force shields ARE a thing in Star Wars canon - my favorite Jedi from the High Republic, Silandra Sho, carried a shield that looks just like the ones on the Halcyon, which she preferred to use in combat instead of a lightsaber, emphasizing a Jedi's role in protecting life.

I wish they would just leave it open as a regular Disney hotel, let people stay for a single evening, and just optionally pay for food and extra experiences. It seems like such a waste to close it.
One of the best things I love about your videos is how you appreciate the events in a way that I could only hope to. You are mindfully present, you engage in the activities, you notice the things around you, you immerse yourselves in the events and that sets a great example for those of us that want to come experience these things for ourselves. I know the Galactic Starcruiser is going away, but please keep up this work of engaging in everything as if it were "going away", it really is the difference between a meh vacation and the trip of a lifetime. You make every event the event of a lifetime. Thank you!
I really enjoyed seeing all the cast members work to make such a singular experience. Everyone was there to seriously play, and it showed. The musicians were a real joy to see, and I'm glad you took time to show their work.
Live, community-scaled theater is a real joy.
So glad Max & Alan finally got to experience this with Molly. I was one of so many people who tried & couldn’t get a reservation (once they announced it was ending). I hope Disney has taken notice of how much demand there was for this summer & adjusts these experiences to be open to more guests

We loved our stay in the Halcyon, and wish they wouldve given it a retool with the original trilogy theming.

What an amazing ride, thanks Mamfam for brining us along and experiencing it with you all. This is the most I've watched of any Starcrusier content, just in case I got to do it myself one day. But with it being discontinued, obviously that won't happen. This is one of those weird Disney things people will talk about in the future that only existed for a little while, but will leave such a huge impact and fond memories of anyone who got to enjoy it. Sad it won't exist in the future, but happy so many people, guest and cast members, were able to experience it and enjoy it

This was THE BEST Galactic Starcruiser video I have seen!!!! You guys were so fun to watch. If I had been fortunate to have been able to take this adventure I would have wanted for all three of you to have been with me! You three added so much to that experience . It is a shame that the Galactic Starcruiser experience is over because I have no doubt that many of the Mammoth Club fans would have loved to been able to enjoyed this with you guys!!!! You might want to consider arranging some Mammoth Club Adventures that your fans can experience with all three of you in the future......!
So glad Alan and Max were able to experience the Starcruiser! Our family of adult Star Wars fans were hoping to go and tried throughout the summer to call for a potential cancellation opening. It was not meant to be but keeping my fingers crossed that it will reopen in a modified form for those of us who longed to go but couldn’t do in the first year and a half of operation. Thank you for sharing your adventure with us.

I'm no expert, but I don't see why they can't drop the price to make it more reasonable so more people could afford to do it, even if they have to cut a few things out of it or make some changes. Seems better than just abandoning the space and not using it for anything. At least they'd still be making SOME money on it.

I wish I could go back. Seeing all the story elements that we didn’t see on our voyage in June was so much fun. My husband and I are nerdy introverts, and I’m what I term a tangential SW fan….my brother was a fan, husband is a fan, I had a Leia actin figure in the 80s….and I had SO MUCH FUN.

I totally understand why this experience costs as much as it does but I also understand why it’s closing. It’s too niche and although I think the price is justified for the quality of the experience, it’s way out of reach for most people. Hopefully they can repurpose the awesome building and still keep some of the immersive magic but at a more accessible price point.

, The two problems I had with this was, it was way overpriced and if someone didn't tell you it was star wars you wouldnt know. Turn it into a regular resort with restaurants at a reasonable price, and I think it would be sold out all the time.

What an ups and downs day! I started watching this before 6am while I was getting ready for work and thought "wow that's amazing, I bet it's expensive, but total bucket list thing that I had never heard of until now and must convince someone to go do with me".
I was excited to keep watching when I got home and then got to the end and realised this thing I didn't know I needed until now is never going to happen for me. So sad.

This was such an incredible experience. Something I've never seen before. I am so happy that Star Wars is so big and well loved that it can do something like this. I am really sad that it had to end. I've been seeing online that people have been bashing it, but I believe they have never got to fully experience this masterpiece. I feel like every person who's been on it has loved it. And every person I saw hate it, have been people who were never on it. Thank you guys for sharing your journey with us. We hope that Star Wars can do something like this again. So I absolutely love Star Wars and have from a young age, and was super sad when I heard this experience was closing because I couldn’t afford to go. Thank you guys for showcasing the experience for those of us who couldn’t physically be there ;so we could at least see it & be present in some way

Of course I love any video Molly posts❤️ so I may be biased but this is really the best coverage of this experience I have seen. Pretty unique. Love Disney and Star Wars but still could not justify the price tag. Maybe they could make it a deluxe hotel.
