I need treadmill help! Proform xp 550e. Belt won't move...but motor is fine.

Absolutely everything works with this treadmill except the motor wont turn over. But it will turn when hooked up to a 18v battery. Any suggestions? Incline motor works fine.

Part of my board was fried. I sent it into someone, he said it was most likely caused by a bad motor. I took some electrical readings from the motor and it confirmed that the motor was bad. So I trashed the treadmill.
