An easy way to reset your Pro-Form XP 580’s Crosstrainer treadmill. If you need to replace the incline motor you still have to reset it. Thanks.

How do you get it to come down? I have one and it was put up and now it will not come down it was working I have a pro-form crosswalk 580

It has a latch that you pull out. It’s on the left side of the handle bars.

Is the rest button supposed to stay on or off wen in use?

When the incline is going up do the legs on the back of this model move back slightly? Cannot find any info online and I cannot remember if this is what it did prior to my belt replacement.

The back skids back and forth but very little.
