I’ve never seen any reports or literatures of rupture of tendons and ligaments due to muscle wasting induced by benzodiazepines,but I tore many muscles,tendons and ligaments.
Sir there was a mistake while explaining sar at 5th position.......lorazepam has ortho substituted phenyl ring at 5th position ....u explained it while explaining the sar at 3rd position
There is no specific reason, but these benzodiazepines with optimal groups were found better in activity in various practical experiments. The possible reason may be due to more binding and interaction of these groups on the target site resulting in more activity.
