This is the best bike video I've found. I sit right in front of my big TV screen and it's like being in the landscape. All those beautiful villages! It's a joy to drive through. Please provide more of these videos. The image is also razor sharp and the light is fantastic. What a pleasure to cycle indoors with this.
So pleased this remarkable video was produced and available here, particularly during COVID when there's no way whatsoever to return to the magic that is Alsace. France, you are missed by this cyclist, tremendously.
By far the most rewarding bike video I’ve used. In rehab from severe difficulties, so riding the bike in front of the TV is a bliss. Beautiful scenery, perfect tempo but the only thing I miss are the natural sounds from the tires on the pavement, the birds, the traffic. So a 9 out of 10 possible! Great video. Nice and smooth. Some cycling vids I've seen make me nauseous after two minutes with the rough, shaky movement. This is perfectly done. Bravo.

Spring is great for cycling in Alsace. From Colmar you can either choose to go north or south via the wine route. If you don't want to bike back to Colmar, you can take the train which allows bike onboard.
Please, could you put the videos with the original sound? If someone wants to listen their music it's just to turn the volume off. For example, i watch it on the smartTV. With the original sound it's awesome. Thanks!
Hi Leonardo, thank you for your comment. Sound quality has not been that good on our old set-up. We are now working on a new set-up which hopefully should provide a very good stereo sound.
Wonderful ride, but how did you avoid going down between the car and the parallel slats of the drainage grate at 1:04:40 --- it made me tense up in an anticipated crash!
Thank you Bob, it is a wonderful ride. The extreme wide angle makes everything looks closer than it actually is. So sometimes when we pass cars and persons it looks like we are really close. But rest assured that we would never take any risks. After all it is a video and we can always stop and do a retake :-)
No gpx data, but the ride is very easy to find if you want to ride it for real or you can try our software 'Open Road' to get a much better indoor cycling experience than what the TH-cam video can offer ;-)

Hey Paul, the speed varies greatly depending on it is an ascend or descend. The bike is just a road bike. Nothing fancy.
