Antoinette. Next time you visit the rural areas. That's where you will see big land. Mansion houses, cows, and goats in one mans land . Farming as well
The home builds in SA appear to be more modern. I am wondering if they offer communities with more land for gardening and homesteading as this is a bit too restrictive for my liking. Thanks for sharing the details of these developments.
@@tyeshaglam8907maybe I must do a show and illustrate other property and land opportunity types in SA. Remember SA has different land tenure applications.Land under communal land tenure offers exactly what you're talking about. It's often cheaper, larger and more fertile, the difference is that it's in the rural areas but you can still find all the amenities that are available in their nearest towns. There you can farm and build the biggest and most beautiful house at a fraction or tenth of the value of City houses. The only difference is that you're not in the city.
Hi Tye, Thks for commenting. Yes, there are alot more options available. You can buy land and build in or outside of developments. Of course you have even more land space and house types available to you if you don’t build/buy in a planned community. What I’m showing is just a small sample available in Johannesburg.
I just looked it up. According to AI and Google… Midstream Estate is located in Centurion East, a suburb in Gauteng, between Johannesburg and Pretoria. and Blue Valley Golf & Country Estate is located in Midrand, half-way between Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Not all. Some are making efforts to move for retirement, several are purchasing pre-construction apts for investment, and some are in the contemplation phase.
