This housing development is one of the best we've visited and captured thus far and we are excited about taking you along for the ride. It's a perfect balance of modern development and environmental awareness.
This area is located 14km (20mins) from Runaway Bay to the West, 4km (8mins) from the parish capital of St. Ann's Bay to the East and 15km (22mins) from Ocho Rios. Making it's location a perfect one for those working in and around the area.

Dreams do come true....15 years ago I drove past this place and dreamed of living here. When I went back to America, I worked and saved as much as I could. Moved back to Jamaica in March and completed my purchase in April 2022. Thank you for showing my home, it is very nice here.

Why don't more developers plant more trees in their developments. Richmond is the only one I know that does that.
It is a beautiful idea and a lovely initiative. It would be ideal if more developments adapt principles like what they've accomplished here.

Most Jamaican developer lack the understanding of how important landscaping impact one project, it can make or break the development development.
I’ve been saying this very thing. I do hope the Richmond developers do another development. Landscaping is vital and I can’t stress it enough. My husband purchased a property in Jamaica, so grateful, but it’s like a concrete jungle. No trees . You have to do everything and they still put tree height restrictions. 😂
Drax hall country club and manor has trees too. Plants make the development look more family friendly and attractive
@@rushellagyapong7271drax hall is not as taken care of with the landscaping and they are less strict with what is allowed to be done to the residences vs Richmond
The best investment anyone could of made when they purchased one of these houses!… the price for one now is crazy.

Truly amazing
This is the perfect area for urban development in St. Ann. Look across the street from Richmond, there is a ton of greenery just ripe for development (and I'm not talking about the naturally smooth green grass, those should honestly be left untouched). I'm talking about the wild rugged shrubs that eventually grow into trees and just look unsightly at times. We could have something here along the lines of Whitter Village or even Fairview Shopping Centre. The space is here.

I agree. This area is perfect for it; and unlike most of the area around Ocho Rios, there is actually the space for it here.
The streets lay out in these developments was.not planned so it looks chaka chaka. With a proper block by block streets lay out, these communities would be a drop dead with beauty. The other thing the developers are too sting when it comes the width of the roads. The kingston municipality should have a code for deveopers to follow when it comes to these issues. Thinking of it, it should be a all code of conduct for developers. I forgot to mention firehydrants too.
The powers that be, is anybody listening. Common sense gives uncommon results. Thank you!
Not sure what in particular you were referring to about the fire hydrants? Im genuinely curious. I have a property there and do know they have them as per code
